well, the first thing is that our magic is cold based, and this isn't good. But he uses also a sword, and this mean he need to controll two things.

Well, I've been always the warlock of the situation in this kind of thing, so I go with pure Abyssal sorceries (dark magic), using shadow teleportation to rapidly transport myself behind him, then using Shadow Pins to slow him down, some dark barriers to shild me and some intangibility spells to dodge the sword's slashes.

Of corse, he will hit me a lot, and fire isn't good for me, since is a form of light . But I will get victorious, in the end. 

I will die, later, but still victorious !
