Rarity is still the reigning queen of tears according to EQD (even with a bunch of cheating Changelings trying to take the crown). The fact that she so passionately wears her emotions on her sleeve is one of her more admirable traits for me. There's a sense that she is always genuine, and that should at least is something we should all strive to be.
