Do some bronies hate being human? Sure, but you find people who hate being human everywhere. 

 

Frankly, it's hard not to hate it. Throughout history, we've proven ourselves corrupt, violent, and selfish. Our greed and lust for power have caused the deaths of millions. The rich live in luxury while the poor rot in the slums. People judge others for superficial qualities, and refuse to understand others. 

 

It's easy to hate humans, especially when ponies are kind, caring, open minded, adorable, and what have you. Yeah, being a pony sounds great. Perfect, even. 

 

However, I have to say that, for all my flaws (and the flaws of my fellow humans), I still love being human. I feel that we, as a people, are improving steadily as time goes on. Sure, we have fundamental, animalistic flaws that are difficult to change, but logic and reason are gradually taking firmer hold on our society. Our quality of life has never been better. As a species, we have never been more unified. My point here is that, as sapient beings, we have the potential to better ourselves--the perfectibility of man, if you will. 

 

Pony society isn't entirely perfect, either. It's not as bad as real life, but we see traces of human problems in Equestria, too. You have characters like Sombra, Chrysalis, Trixie, Diamond Tiara, and Gilda. Even the Mane 6 aren't entirely perfect. Still better than what we have, yes, but it calls into question the idealized view of Equestria. Besides, they don't even have democracy 

 

So is pony society more pleasant than ours? Probably. But is that justification to hate humans? Doubtful. Hate is a strong word, anyway. It's actually a bit funny. Being a brony has made me way more optimistic than I once was.

I wouldn't mind living as a pony in Equestria where everyone is equal(in a good way) and nothing bad usually happens. But wait, what you see on the show are just the positives. I'm sure as hell that there's always gonna be the negatives to living in Equestria. Just remember that. And remember what JFK said guys, "Don't pray for an easier life. Instead, pray to be a stronger man."

I don't think all humans are monsters, some humans are very kind and gentle people, but i myself, hate the person i am and the only happiness i have found in the last 9 or so years is in MLP. There world is so unique compared to ours. the only thing i see nowadays is hate, darkness, and sadness. Not to say Equestria doesn't have these problems i just feel its much worse in our world. Sorry to be a bummer or a rain cloud on someones sunny day but i hate most of humanity and given the chance, id completely throw my human life and memories away in favor of being reborn in Equestria as a unicorn,Pegasus, or earth pony.

 

 

this is just my opinion though. I'm sure there are many people who love being human and wouldn't give it up for the world.

I would live in the normal Equestria as a pony. Being human seems too bad for me.

There are some things I hate about being a human.

I hate being bound so strong to my genetic and social adaptations. But I feel them. I recognize them. Can I get rid of them? No. Not really.

I can try to ignore them, but they will always affect me. If I can handle them, make them less important to my choices and still care about my surrounding, I am homo superior. But that is just a lie I tell myself. Maybe I am special but not unique because I can accept my own flaws and understand them.

But there is one thing I hate even more sometimes. This whole damn society. Complaining about the mistakes of some, fighting foreigners and acting short even in long planning. It's not the others fault that so many things go wrong in our world. It's the fault of us all. And of no one at the same time. We can not change what we are. But who we are. Social evolution is stronger at our point of evolution than the biological one.

So I look at ponies and find myself attracted to them and their society because it seems to be more flawless than our own. And I want to be a part of it and at the same time I want to improve our own.

I hate being a human. But at the same time I love it. Would I like to be one of our beloved ponies kind? Yes.

Yeah because I totally hate having fingers, feet, the ability to play games and sports, and other fun stuff.

I dislike being a human. Because, like I've said before, equestria is literally perfect. there's now or famines or anything... and thus being a pony and living in equestria is better in my opinion. rather than living in a faulty world. 

 A world where Tartarus is real, dragons roam free, and real magic can kill you is so perfect.

Seriously this world isn't perfect at all it's actually pretty dangerous IMO. Sure it's adorable but it's scary knowing 3 headed dogs can come out of nowhere and violate your town.

I like being human ,but I wouldn't mind being a pony either. The reason why we see Equestria as this all-perfect utopia despite it's dangers is because our own world is way worse than theirs.

It's mostly our ability to choose to do those kinds of violent things that it actually happens (Is free will bad?). Of course it's very easy to hate humans maybe not yourself but humanity as a whole because of how cruel it can be sometimes.

I often ask myself why am I human there are better things to be out there. After watching My Little Pony dozens of times I wonder what It would be like to be a marshmallow pony. Im not exactly proud to be human I have flaws and hardly any talent and have to work  very hard to get anything. I guess i'm just jealous? not sure but I would take the chance to be a marshmallow pony if/whenever I could.

I guess it's true. Some bronies do hate being Human, because they have a Idealized vision of a perfect life in Equestria. I myself would love to be a pony in Equestria, but, myself, I don't hate being a human.

I would not say I hate being human, it definitely has its advantages... Like oh I don't know.. THUMBS! That for me is reason enough. I couldn't imagine living without thumbs as I like to play PC games. If they could make a "Hoof-Friendly" controller then maybe. Equestria seems pretty awesome and all but I feel like they are a little behind on their technology (which I guess is made up for with magic).

According to multiverse theory there are Equestrias which are currently under going the following; zombie apocalypse, all powerful Tyrant Celestia filled with malice and takes enjoyment torturing her poor kind hearted subjects (good Ponies like that from the show) with unimaginable pain and suffering simply because she can, Reaper Invasion (the ponies are good like the show, but are space faring and they have to fight Reapers for their survival with the help of all the races of the galaxy.), Cupcakes, Human hating Ponies of the Conversion Bureau and other nightmarish parallel universes of indescribable horror.

It seems like some bronies do hate being human. I personally do not hate being human or humanity (we have thumbs). I know Equestria seems like a nice place (and I would totally go there if I knew I could come back) but really besides Ponyville most of Equestra seems very similar to earth. Canterlot has a bunch of elitists and cities like Manehatten don't seem much different from cities here. The ponies there don't seem all 'hunky-dory-everything's-happy-sunshine-and-rainbows'. So basically I like being human and Equestra seems cool but only to visit.

I got to be honest with you all, I know I may often sound like an Equestria dreamer.. I am one, but not really the obsessive type. I don't hate being a human, we have a lot of cars and a lot of V8s. So it's a tie, Equestria the perfect place and if I had enough money earth could become the perfect place for me. Endless driving, collecting cars, watching cars, admiring cars and listening to the sweet sound of a big block V8. I would love to live in Equestria, I'm just saying our world isn't that bad.. But if it will get worse then I might change my opinion.
 
If I would hate on humans I would be considered a hypocrite, we are all humans and I'm not perfect. Why hate our own species, sure there are some mean spirited people but if we are always going to focus on the negative then how are we supposed to see the positive. We as a species have done many wonderful things, we created cars, we created engines and we have the Lamborghini Aventador. We can't forget the great things we as a species have achieved.

It's not that I despise being human; it's just some humans...aren't great. Sure, the good MAY outnumber the bad, but the bad is more common. If I had a chance to go to a fictional world, Equestria wouldn't even be my first choice. Humans like to be cruel at times, and that makes me despise them. There's no other animal as advanced as humans, which is problematic.

Humans these days are a lot like pre founding of Equestria era in Hearths Warming Eve. Divided  amongst ourselves is the real reason we have so many tragedies, cruel and corrupt people.

To be blunt , to bring humanity together we need a world catastrophe like how the Windegos nearly froze everyone in the show.

to be honest shapeshifting into animals is my fav power, so a pony would be no different. I dont hate being human but being a pony would be a bit advantageous. And lastly, yes, I would fight for survival such a war happened because as I said before I dont hate being human.

Its no fun being human and well here's why..

We hate each other because of the color of are skin..

We kill each other for 2 feet of land...

We kill each other for something we don't have and that other person does.

We hate each other because of the things that make us so different

I could go on for days, but you get the point. In MLP they don't hate each other. Well now and then they get mad at each other but not to the point of wanting to end some other ponies life or anything. They live in peace, they love each other, there is no war. Tell you the truth if something wanted to kill us off then so be it. Maybe it would be for the better its not like I hope for... I just want to live in a world were you can be your self and no pony well hate you for it...
