Who was your FIRST favorite pony?

Through the first episodes my favourite pony choice was actually a tie between Flutters and Rarity, both of them cracked me up every time they spoke.

 

 

But of course, Luna Eclipsed came into play, and the rest is best pony story.

Fluttershy will always be best pony to me. The firs clip of MLP:FiM I ever saw was Flutter's introduction, and I imediatly thought "Holy sh** it's Laura (my wife) in pony form. the rest is history.

Daring do is my fave by far but Miss Dash was my first favorite for the same reasons. RD represents adventure, and perseverance. But daring do is more of a go-it-alone kind of pony, much like myself.

Before I actually watch and enjoy the show, my first favorite pony was Applejack since she was always seen wearing her hat and I kinda refered her as the face of the show. But now my favorite pony is Shining Armor, because he's a badass unicorn. My favorite pony in the Mane Six at the moment is Rainbow Dash, because she's awesome.

My first favorite pony? It was definitely Twilight Sparkle. She was an easy character for me to latch on to when I first started watching the show. She's smart, nerdy, dorky, and socially awkward; essentially me in a nutshell. As time went on, other characters, such as Applejack and Rainbow Dash began to grow on me. Applejack for her simple country values, and Rainbow Dash for her confident and adventurous attitude. Then Starlight Glimmer came along... and that's where I'm at now. Twilight is still one of my favorite characters, and will hold a special place in my heart for being my first "Best Pony".

It was Rainbow Dash at first, because she just seemed like an interesting character, then it became Colgate, then it was like Trixie for a little while, then it became Flitter. And to this day Flitter is still my fave.

Well, i would have to say applejack, considering the first episode I saw was an AJ episode (Applebuck Season) , and she reminded me of some of my friends, but it wasn't for long , cause I saw Lesson Zero almost right after that, and that was when I noticed Twilight, and loved her ever since.

My first and immediate favorite was Fluttershy, since I immediately connect to her as a character. We just have so much in common. Now, if we are talking mane 6, my favorites are Fluttershy and Twilight, it is a tie between those two for me. Twilight's character has really grown on me and of course she is a wonderful princess, it was at that point when she became a princess that I decided that she tied with Flutters for me.

Honestly, rainbow dash is kinda the go to character for people who don't watch it in my experience. All of my friends, hen asked which ones they know, tend to only know rainbow dash, sometimes pinkie pie. But they can't name the other four unless ive told them the nameless before.

And rainbow dash was awesome in the first episode xD

I have a bit of a weakness for cute things and she immediately stood out to me amongst the rest of the cast. (To be fair, I've never been overly enthusiastic about Rarity, AJ, or Pinkie Pie, and RD required some getting used to)

Before I began watching FiM, I liked Fluttershy because she looked cute. However, when I first watched FiM from the beginning, Pinkie Pie was my first favourite pony (a choice that was also helped by reading the comics at the same time). Good ol' Libman ponies

It isn't a bandwagon thing. The first episode I ever watched was "The Mysterious Mare Do Well," and Dashie was the first one I was fully introduced to.
