I voted Fluttershy. Why? Since I was a kid I have worked with abused animals, and to this day its my passion. Personally I have over 30 animals that were neglected or abused, aswell as animals we got in addition to them:5 dogs, 45 chickens, 9 cats, 2 horses(specially trained for disabled kids so usually on loan at a local center),7 guineapigs and 2 bunnies. So yeah, Fluttershys kind heart and gentle spirit is what makes her my favourite pony.

My daughter commented that fluttershy has only a little more animals as we do

 

But I like all of them, dont get me wrong(everypony is best pony)but fluttershy is closest to my heart

Favourite character? Twilight, Rarity, and Trixie. Yes, despite my username Trixie does not stand alone.

 

I relate to Twilight and Rarity, and find my personality is sort of a mixture of both.

Favourite mane and overall pony: Fluttershy. I just love her, mainly because of how similar I am to her.

Favourite secondary character: Scoots. I don't know entirely why I love her so much. She just grew on me very quickly and bypassed all others to become my second favourite character overall.

 

Favourite background pony: Vinyl Scratch. Again, not sure why, she's just a favourite.
