Fluttershy, although its kinda hard to pick. I used to have Applejack and Rarity as my least favorite, but now I like Rarity more because of Sisterhooves Social, and they just grow on me =P Rainbow Dash comes into a close second, then Pinkie Pie because she's so hyper and friendly, then Twilight and then Rarity then Applejack =P

And then there's the fourth way of seeing it - which one you just think is a great concept or interesting personality, or just plain cute. So for me it went -

 

Interpretation one, who do I feel most like? Twilight

Interpretation two, who would I most like to be? Twilight

Interpretation three, who would I most like to hang out with? Twilight

Interpretation four, who do I think is interesting and cute? Rarity and Fluttershy.

 

For me, it's:

I identify more with Twilight Sparkle, being a sarcastic and introverted nerd myself.

 

But Fluttershy wins by a nose. She's shy and quiet, and seemingly weak... but she's secretly a total badass whenever it really counts.
