Let's not forget, Ghost is no ordinary being, he is a Super Capitalist with multiple personalities. He draws stress from the common issues each of his alter egos face day-to-day (Engineer's brutal beatings, Tyrone having to cope with racism, Mr. 4Chan Cookie's chaotic stomach, etc.), and channels it to release fury storms of unfathomable magnitude when necessary. You only referenced a minor display of his power, level one capitalist, and omitted a demonstration of one of his many intense transformations.
