Now that I have new favorites, I'll post an updated response.

 

Lyra - I would of course, accept. But I would keep my hands as far away as possible (unless this is canon and not fanon Lyra we're talking about)

 

AJ - I would probably vent about all the dishonest politicians and world leaders from my world. Then again, knowing how much she loves honesty, I might get her a bit too worked up. So I would probably just hang out with her on the farm, helping with some chores, and maybe spend some time with the rest of the Apple family as well.

 

Big Mac - About the same thing as I would do with AJ, except less talking, more working xD

Even though Twi is my favorite, I'd hang out with nearly anypony.  Out of the M6, I'd stay away from Pinkie (too extraverted and insane) and Rarity (too fashion-inclined).

If there is a "real" villain, then the main characters should defeat him by outsmarting him or using the "power of friendship" instead of just fighting. Other than Hitch and maybe Zipp, I don't see the other main characters as ones who would train to beat people up. They solved the problem in the movie without beating anyone up.
