    I figured I'd create an art thread here, since so many other people are doing it, also. In this thread, I post works in progress and finished pieces every day or every other day, to share my complete work, as well as my process. Will contain pony and non-pony material alike. The following images are all works in progress, as I don't have anything finished as of right now.

    My mother works an exclusively nighttime job as a nurse. In addition, she also performs assistant surgical duties from time to time. She's been doing the same thing for 23 years. My dad works as a load-lifter for the Finnish dairy giant, Valio, which operates mainly in the northern Europe. For 21 years he's been working there, but intends to start a freelancer art career soon, to coincide with my own plans in the same field, since art has always been his true calling, but he didn't have the same opportunities that artists today have when he was my age.

    Really, what does it mean exactly to have an "accent"? I mean everyone, regardless of where you come from, has an accent. OP's question is weird and doesn't make any sense whatsoever. As for the famed "British accent", well... there happen to be MULTIPLE dialects and accents, spoken in the United Kingdom and the island of Great Britain. Which one are you referring to?

    The "despecialized" fan edition of Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope. Or just Star Wars, as it was known before the 1981 rerelease, and the special edition changes. I must say, while the effects must have looked mindblowing for their time, they do show their age somewhat nowadays, and I do in fact prefer the special edition. I have no emotional connection to the original theatrical or VHS releases, and I grew up with the prequels, so the changes don't bother me. In my mind, Greedo has always shot first and WILL always shoot first, because that's the way I was first exposed to Star Wars.

    Couldn't appreciate ABBA when I was a kid, but I have come to understand their melodic brilliance later in life.

    I'm already in a relationship with a "fictional character". Say what you will about her or me, but the fact stands that she's as real to me as any other supposedly corporeal girl out there. I'll close this by paraphrasing something a very good friend of mine once said about his own relationship with his special somepony: "I'm completely hers; mind, body and soul".

    My eyes are green. They normally lean towards emerald-ish hue, but they sort of change in a weird way, depending on the lighting conditions.

    Americans seem to be willfully ignorant and arrogant from my outsider's perspective, looking in, and I think you people could benefit from a little bit of humility. The United States owes everything it has to other nations and other peoples, and not enough Americans understand that. Now, don't get me wrong: I have nothing against individual Americans, hell, my best friend is American. I simply dislike the American mentality, way of life, and imperialism.

    Zayne Carrick, without a doubt. Zayne is the everyman that I can easily identify with. He's a bit of a fuck up, but he also means well, and is, for all intents and purposes, the quintessential Jedi, even though he ended up leaving the order, following the showdown at the Draay estate that ended the threat of Haazen's insurrection. He exposed the Jedi Covenant, made his master see the error of his ways, threw a monkeywrench into The Crucible's operations and got the girl as icing on the cake. What's not to like? EDIT: For some reason I posted my favourite HERO into a topic about favourite villains. Don't I feel fucking stupid now...

    Any head/show-canon ship that pairs a gorgeous Equestrian mare with a stallion. This is just plain wrong. Every mare in Equestria should have a human male partner, because we're just so much more superior in every imaginable aspect. End of story, I'm right, you're wrong, moving on to next fucking case.
