  1. You know you're a brony when you read a lot of fanfiction after finishing your first season of the series, when you feel month-long hiatuses are like milennia and buy a fake beard to go with it, when you start sketching fanart, when you wanna try your hand at world-building... Yeah, the horse is strong with this one
  2. Well, i'm in other fandoms, and to be honest, the biggest change the show has had on my life has been helping me find more friends and people to meet and hang out with, other than that, i'd still be a random guy with a fondness for cartoons, anime, video games and many other stuff.
  3. Definitely not, but if you truly wanna go to the meetup, then i advice you have lots of company and bring pepper spray or a baseball bat, and try to leave as early as possible before it gets too dark.
  4. Yeah, something similar happens here in Mexico, the episodes are usually broadcast out-of-order and sometimes it's virtually impossible to know when the new season starts here. Thankfully, the Internet's here for our aid.
  5. Yeah, i too picture her as a chemistry teacher as well as poetry too, maybe she could have a store selling alternated medicines made of plants, curios, lots of books and potions, or maybe she could be a parapsychologist too
  6. Well, there's been a lot of teasers and stuff for the fifth season, and confirmed airing dates for episodes, but the possibility of a small hiatus is likely considering they're still working on more stuff. If this season gets split, it makes me wonder if they will have another mid-season boss like the Tantabus
  7. Nah, they'll show some more world building, that is all. Good ol' Ponyville will stay for a long time, and it's survived many disasters before
  8. Nah, not really worried at all, Larson wasn't part of s4 and yet still that season was pretty decent, after all, the show has a lot more writers who keep doing their job nicely! But stil, so many writes departing does give me an itty bitty ominous feel... Anyway, the CMC got their marks, Twi got her own apprentice, we will get more World-Building... perhaps they may wrap up everything nicely and give us a satisfying finale (with an insane final boss, hopefully) sometime...
  9. Don't wanna sound pessimistic, but somehow i have the gut feeling this season may get split in two again
  10. Interesting indeed, after all, each season has had a subtle theme hidden in it, and i really like the way you wrote your essay! A good mix between cute and serious, heh heh heh...
  11. Indeed, whenever i check up news, i usually go to Google News just to get an overall view of whatever's happening on the world and scroll down as quickly as i can. Truth is, there are a few news which do catch my eye, and are usually related to science and entertainment stuff, but the others i'm not usually fond of, i mean, Donald Trump, Kim Jong Un, ISIS and World War Three are pretty much everywhere... I completely avoid watching news on TV, not only because the programs are yellow as f&*k, but also because the reporters are annoying too
  12. Well, gotta check these out! Truth be told, Chris is the kind of person that repulses you, yet makes you feel some degree of pity towards him. He's so deeply inmersed in the imaginary world he's created to the point reality is nothing but a cruel illusion for him... but he's still one of many who give people with autism (like my brother and me) a bad reputation in the eyes of other humans.
  13. Well, in the American zodiac my animal is the wolf, but in the Chinese one mine is the rat. Both are nice, but i kinda feel much more identified with the rat. But if i were to discover my one true spirit animal, it'd be nice if it turns out to be a reptile, maybe a crocodile, alligator or Komodo dragon.
  14. Depends on how tired i am, but it usually doesn't take very long. My bed's pretty comfy, but whenever i feel restless, weird or down, i have a harder time trying to sleep. That, and my slight paranoia about getting nightmares.

    movies/tv Zootopia

I'm certainly looking forward to it! Even if i'm a tad disappointed by the lack of reptiles, amphibians, birds and arthropods, heh heh. But who knows, if this movie is successful enough, other kind of animals could show up in any sequel
  16. Hey Deathtrap, are you friends with Springtrap? And what do you think of RAT from Five Nights at Candy's?
  17. Dear Chatterbox, who is your favorite video game villain?
  18. Well, you could take a look at certain well-known villains from franchises, read their stories and take inspiration to make your own. Just don't make your villains outright, blatant copies of already-existing antagonists!
  19. So, i know my question is completely random but, can i give you my sandwich?
  20. I struggle with Asperger's myself. It hasn't hindered me a lot, but i sometimes i can be kinda clumsy and forgetful, not to mention i do have a bit of a hard time when it comes to learning certain stuff
  21. I agree, they're just here to show what their human counterparts look like and nothing more aside from helping Twi and Sunset save the day and fight the bad guys off. After all, these movies just don't have enough time to flesh them properly, plus, they're pretty similar to the season 1 selves of their pony counterparts. Even worse are the Shadowbolts, who got heavily advertised for the third film yet did not receive the focus they truly deserved, all of it going instead for a poor villain who feels like a lame Madame Medusa wannabe. I mean, Lemon Zest got just 2 lines in the whole movie!
  22. Sunset Shimmer, which fell rather rushed and merely made just to end the whole movie quicker. And Starlight's redemption as well, but hopefully we will get some more info regarding it in season 6.
  23. The headcanon mane six made by Earthsong9405. Good designs and sweet world building! You gotta take a look at her DA page http://earthsong9405.deviantart.com/ I'm sure you will enjoy them!
  24. I doubt it. It just doesn't seen fit for that kind of medium, other animated franchises do work better for real-life adaptations, but others try it yet fail awfully at doing so, like the huge myriad of movies which have classic animated characters (Garfield, Yogi, Alvin and the Chipmunks) in crappy sci-fi esque CGI form interact with real-life actors, albeit, on an ironic twist, they're only successful enough to spawn sequels if only because of the huge amounts of people who watch them just to get some nostalgic kicks.
