Hey, the first two episodes are more or less centered on the fact that Celestia sent her sister to the moon so "pretty dark" could happen again. They're not adverse to it. Of course, Faust isn't on the team anymore, but you never know.

I want to see evil Celestia. I'm not sure what would cause it but it'd be interesting considering what a contrast to her actual character it would be. Of course, it'd be temporary.

The first two seasons I was all about Sweetie Bell but in S3 Scootaloo tied and then Flight to the Finish really put her over the edge for me. I can relate to her in certain ways. Having great aspirations but being limited (in my case health issues) but after that she wins for me by a landslide for her determination and spunk. I still like the others too. Apple Bloom is third in my ranking but I still love her.

Fluttercord. Cheese Sandwich and Maude because I just now thought of it and it amuses me.

Yeah I'm old enough now that my pariah existence as an adolescent doesn't enter my mind much these days but I had friends who did this purposely to me to cut me out of the group and I found myself getting flashbacks on an almost Fluttershy level.

I like the music, the character interaction, the humor (usually), the animation style, the little nods to the fanbase. My critiques....I don't care for Fluttershy's slooooowww character development. She's shy and timid but they could do more with the character than just focus on those baby steps. Get her involved in a cause or an adventure unrelated to her anxiety, or at least show that she's making even bigger strides. (I did like her bit in Tanks for the Memories though) I'd like to see more Celestia too. My favorite Celestia moment was actually with Luna in Slice of Life. I wouldn't mind seeing more of those interactions. PInkie Pie....She's endearing in her own episodes and often annoying in ones where she's not the central focus.

I have a hard time feeling any attachment to Starlight when she was in only two episodes (not counting her background appearances through S5) and her backstory was so weak to me. She just came across as a control freak who couldn't deal with change of any kind. She hadn't been bullied, they didn't show any struggle other than having to say goodbye to a friend. (Which everyone does from time to time, and it wasn't even a severed friendship, just distance). I tried to like her. I'm still trying actually, but honestly It was the first time I was actually truly disappointed in a season finale. The CMC however grew on me. In the beginning of the series I thought they'd be annoying and I ended up really liking them and all rooting for them. They really managed to hold their own as the show went on. Crusaders of the Lost Mark may even be my favorite episode in the series, if not, definitely of the season. I hope we see a fair deal of them "fulfilling their destiny" in S6.

Apple Jack Even though they're in my bottom 2, I really like the two episodes about Pinkie and AJ being family though.

I would have empathized with Starlight Glimmer a LOT more if they had given her a decent backstory. Her friend got his cutie mark and went away? Stuff like that happens all the time. Friendships change, people grow up, life happens. It's especially far fetched because clearly even if he was so talented, she certainly learned to hold her own. Instead of creating a cult of "equality" she could have found more constructive ways to use her magic and intelligence. I really want to like and feel sorry for her but her motivation was just weak in my opinion.

I want to see Scootaloo, Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash's family. I want to Scootaloo to be able to fly eventually..... Marble and Limestone. Maude should stay the way she is, don't develop her too much because that's who she is but I'd like to get to know Pinkie's other sisters more. Cadence and Twilight. How did a princess/ailcorn come to be a baby sitter for Twightligh when she was younger. Her parents must have had connections to say the least. I kind of like keeping Celestia a mystery.

I don't know if this counts excactly, but my head cannon is Scootaloo is a good singer in general, just not for rock songs. Sometimes your personality and your voice just don't match up. I know this first hand. When she and the CMC are singing together, I actually like her voice the best.

The CMC are still only supporting roles. I don't think the writers would want to give such a season finale to them rather than the mane 6. However, if this hadn't been a finale episode, they would be perfect for the task, agreed.

I love all of Pinkie's sisters, especially Maude. Her telling Discord he was the "most basic of jokes" sealed it for me.

I found everything about Mane Attractionn to be underwhelming. I wish AJ would have at least got to sing with Ra Ra at the end. The bit with the CMC was cute though. I just didn't find the plot or the songs that enjoyable and I really wanted to.

I want a Rarity and Luna because I'd like to see how Kazumi Evans can sing with herself. Rarity and Luna's voices are very simiilar but there are definite subtle differences, so it'd be interesting. A Pinkie and Fluttershy duet woudl be cute (Shannon as Pinkie) AJ and RD because again, same voice actress, and Ashleigh is just an amazing singer. Sweetie Bell needs a big solo because she's supposed to be a great singer but we haven't seen much of it except for a brief moment of her rendition of Hush Now Quiet Now.

I think Rarity and Fluttershy since Rarity seems to be the best at dealing with Fluttershy's issues. (I liked in Filli Vanilli how she pushed her and at the end she pointed out that even though her "worst fears came true, so what?) She has a very firm but tactful way about her and Fluttershy has demonstrated (at least in one episode) that she has an interest in fashion and sewing. I would have said Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash awhile ago, but really I think Pinkie seems to like Rainbow more than Rainbow likes Pinkie (though she still loves her of course and they have the whole pranking thing in common....But ever since the episodes about the Apples and the Pies possibily being related I really see more connection between AJ and Pinkie. That leaves Twilight and and Rainbow Dash and at a glance they may not seem to be the closest but Twilight has helped Rainbow Dash pass her test on the history of the Wonderbolts, she got her in to reading, now that Twilight has wings they can fly together. They seem to be good together, balancing each other's weaknesses out. Where RD is all action Twilight is a planner and it seems like they'd strike a good balance when working together.

I hesitate to comment on this because it's my first official post and it's a rather contraversial one but despite my love of RD I really think she could have a meaningful death. Being the element of loyality and a pony of action, I could easily see her putting her life on the line to save any of her friends, especially Twilight or one of the Princesses and if she was ever a full fledge Wonderbolt, being that they're kind of Equestria Military (I think?) it would make sense that she would be put in a position that could have that result. If I was a fanfiction writer, I'd write something about this. Maybe incorporating Scootaloo in there some how. She'd finally learn to fly herself, and then have to come to terms with this....leading to her having to decide if she wants to carry out her dreams of being like her role model or going down a safer path. Someting like that.....
