  1. I got the impression that Tartarus was part of Equestria (in the sense that a prison is part of the country it's in), not a realm unto itself.
  2. "Do some research/do your research" Any variant of that is annoying. If you're going to make a claim, it's your job to back it up, not the hearer of the claim.
  3. I agree with the general sentiment that one needs to be an adult to join. My headcanon is that ponies mature more quickly than humans, so they become adults at maybe 12 or 13 (which would explain why they're functioning adults but their EQG counterparts are in high school).
  4. Reformations are almost always a good thing--they're in the spirit of the show. Starlight Glimmer's guilt is punishment enough, and she's effectively been sentenced to a lifetime of community service. She doesn't need more punishment.
  5. I was thinking Princess of Weather, since that's what she's most connected to.
  6. It probably started at the end of Where the Apple Lies and increased between then and the present.
  7. Maybe she's Chrysalis, except she (and Crystal Prep in general) feeds on reputation instead of love.
  8. Since both age and transformation spells exist, could Starswirl be in retirement somewhere, perhaps in some other form? Personally, I doubt it, but is it possible?
  9. Bingo. I'm expecting it to eventually succumb to seasonal rot, unfortunately (no, I don't think it's started yet) and not to end until it's no longer profitable. Ending it after the movie (when the show will be in the public eye again) would be killing the goose that lays the golden eggs.
  10. Logically, Big Mac should be stronger, since he regularly does things that build his strength, while Celestia doesn't (as far as we know). He also seems like he might be the chivalrous type, though, and I have a feeling Big Mac is being chivalrous in the picture. He'd probably let Celestia win.
  11. Hasbro presumably designed the characters based on what they thought would sell the most toys. We're not the target demographic here, remember, nor is artistic quality Hasbro's primary concern.
  12. It served its purpose in the finale, and the writers stopped caring about it.
  13. The Crystal Empire-- Instead of the test, have Twilight and friends go to assist the Equestrian government/Royal guards and have Twilight, as usual, be more competent than the military. That would make Celestia look like less of a jerk and make Twilight more admirable. Princess Twilight Sparkle--As beautiful as the Nightmare Moon flashback is, it has nothing to do with the rest of the story, ruins headcanons (Nightmare Moon was banished in less than an hour? Really?), and we already know what happens. Remove it, have the cliffhanger immediately after Twilight takes the potion, and spend more time on Discord's rule instead. Princess Spike--Make the problems that occur the result of Spike abusing his power, not him trying to follow instructions.
  14. After all, their powers create small-d discord. Do you think there's a connection?
  15. Pinkie would probably like the opportunity to make so many new friends. Rainbow Dash (and to a lesser degree, Rarity) would like the admiration. The others, not so much.
  16. If nothing else, there are some on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/funko-celestia/s?ie=UTF8&page=1&rh=i%3Aaps%2Ck%3Afunko%20celestia Edit: Whoops, missed the NOT POP thing. Sorry about that.
  17. Maybe Changeling Royals (so Chrysalis and now Thorax) can reproduce asexually. I imagine, considering the whole shapeshifting thing, that changeling gender isn't as inflexible as it is for normal living things.
