  1. There's a stigma against bronies (brony music) and no professional will take a brony (musician) seriously in the music industry. It's a major handicap Removing the restriction for pony themes frees up artistic creativity The requirements for making a song brony make it cringy (samples from the show) or are too limiting (remixes from something MLP/brony, lyrics relating to MLP)\ As people get older, they lose free time and energy. That gets spent on the 1 or 2 jobs they have to do to afford food, rent, electricity, internet, commuting to work, taxes, cell phones, and whatever other costs there are to staying alive Also, people's interests change. Dedication to 1 thing only for people is rare. MLP started on October 10, 2010 Back in the early days of the fandom, there was almost 0 competition among brony musicians to get noticed and the fandom was in its early stages of development which gained popularity ultra fast. They claimed significantly huge portions of the market before anyone else joined. Gaining momentum as a new brony musician is so much more difficult because there's so much more competition already established. The target audience has already been burned out to a degree of the music
  2. I'm an introvert. It's 1 of those psychological diseases
  3. ~Things you're looking forward to this year AMD's new CPU and GPU ~Good news/acts that you've heard, seen, or even were a part of that took place this year There've only been 5 days this year so far. Too early to see much of anything ~Positive ways you're developing in 2017 Increasing my workout routine. I'm currently doing a 1 hour 40 minute routine daily + 200 sit ups and bridges every morning. I plan on increasing to 500 every morning and during the night workout by the end of 2017 ~Motivational words and such that feel relevant to this year to you No words, actions only ~Positive highlights of the year, be it a wonderful game, or a touching song; anything like that. I count these because I don't doubt their (sometimes inadvertent) power to bring a smile to people's faces, or to give them strength and inspiration at times when those are fleeting 5 days is too early for a highlight to likely happen
  4. Console gaming will overall decline in popularity, PC gaming will overall rise, esports will continue to grow, more games will adopt FTP with RNG DLC, virtual reality will be a flop
  5. I don't have a color pallet, but here's my OC http://foxinshadow.deviantart.com/art/Let-s-Play-453637075 If you'd like to add more difficulty, want to add some a CSGO knife (prop)? Ty ♥
  6. Sprint and ADS in FPSs. I'm not sure which is worse, but both gone would be nice
  7. Staying alive (sheer edge in this post) Right now, my job is the main thing in my life. It doesn't pay well, but living costs money I've also been doing 1.5 hour full body workouts daily and I'm beginning to casually research self defense. I've never been in a fight in my life, but if shit hits the fan, I'd rather leave situations less harmed
  8. I fast forwarded my moment video backlog to publishing a new video every 8 hours because I wanted my Melee career to end. I thought I'd play FPSs as actively as I played Melee, but strategies have changed. A lot of my time off from work is currently spent working out to maintain my health and youth while I still have them. The daily routine lasts 1.5 hours, the little pre-workout ritual to prepare myself for it lasts .5-1 hours, and after the workout, I'm too tired to play for 1-2 hours. I also nap for 2 hours after work so I can have enough energy to do everything I want to do. In total, from estimations only, staying in physical shape costs me 6.5 hours every day, including the 2 hour nap. The only time I can play games online well is during the wait before the workout while food digests and while I gradually fully wake up from my nap. Looking sexy has a high price I do it because it feels better than playing games and making moments just to entertain at most 50 of my 4,446 remaining subscribers. That's only 1% subscriber activity. At least if I workout to improve my looks, I feel better because of the endorphin rush. But also, being healthier just feels better. When I inevitably get my 2nd job to help me afford to stay alive, the extra strength might help my performance. Having good looks helps candidates pass interviews, so there's that perk too. And of course, looking hawtter might help improve my chances of getting a girlfriend, LOL. I wouldn't actively try to get 1. They have excessive demands and don't contribute as much in return for their partners. The reward isn't worth the work, so I'll letting single women do all of the risky approaching. Too bad the vast majority of women prefer men approaching because it's hawtter to them. The only 1s who'd approach are the ugly older women, if they even tolerate a man who never talks. But let's be real, I'm too socially awkward to get a girlfriend, LOL. A few of my unattractive female coworkers teasing me doesn't mean anything If I foresaw this change of Youtube success and life strategy, maybe I should have kept my Melee moment upload schedule at 3 videos/week. I'd still get comments and my subscriber count would decline slower. My views/video would still be better. But I'd still get banned by September on Reddit, so there'd be no Reddit view boosts after a while. Before the last filter on my Melee moments, the backlog would have lasted me until sometime in 2020. With the filter, it would probably end by 2019. By that time, the games I've been playing ever since I quit Melee would have become irrelevant. I would probably have to fast forward that backlog to 3 videos/day which could last probably up to a year. Maybe I shouldn't fast forwarded them? I wanted all of my games in my moments modern so that they'll be more relevant to share. The problem is that I secretly don't like advertising my videos because it feels like I'm spamming. I thought it'd be fun to share epic moments as soon as I can make and upload them after they happen. Again, my workout habit gets in the way and slows things down. Maybe you might enjoy a nice little clutch I did last night https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t0OuiGvbnSg
  9. There's way to much fan activity to foresee an approaching death of the fandom. Fans can create content for other fans
  10. A few people have mistaken me for being gay or TG. It's fun hearing their confusion ^.^ (This example is both RL and online though)
  11. If I ever follow, or even merely like, someone online, I avoid ever seeing photos of themselves in real life. Not knowing their real life counter-parts make them more interesting. Online, people can be limited to their usernames, avatars, text, and maybe whatever else they want to share. You get to learn their semi-anonymous side that they might hide in real life. You get to know someone by how they want to present themselves, with fewer social restrictions. I'd never upload photos nor videos of my face because it'd ruin the fun mystery for others. Being a mysterious introvert is just how I'd like to present myself. I'm even like this in real life to an extent. Some people have stated or asked incorrect assessments about me. Personally, Online, I like to boast about being sexy and there is some evidence to back it up. But you'll never see it, of course ^.^ I have liked and followed a few people online and met them in person, often at Smash Bros Melee tournaments, and it's... interesting. I guess that's what everyone else says it is, but it doesn't interest me http://heartisnaked.deviantart.com/journal/Not-Seeing-You-Is-More-Fun-654614628 http://heartisnaked.tumblr.com/post/155228035820/not-seeing-you-is-more-fun
  12. I don't have the personality for it. I'm a completely silent introvert who never talks and it's not entertaining. I don't have someone to outsource being entertaining to. It's a waste of my time and everyone else's. I used to live stream to grow my Smash Bros Melee reputation and use it as an alternative to Youtube in case bad things happened to my channel, like getting hacked or suspended. But also, it was just another way to entertain the Melee community. It would be easy for me at tournaments, but I quit going to them My 1st channel only peaked at 399 followers, 394 currently, and my 2nd channel is at 63 right now, at its peak. Just some numbers so you know From now on, I'm just going to continue what I'm already doing which is merely me recording myself playing PC FPSs. Nothing's changed, really. Personality is an unchanging factor that can make or break someone's performance. You can act, but you can't be authentic. I used to do it for a long time and it's not something I want to do again http://heartisnaked.deviantart.com/journal/I-Quit-Live-Streaming-654394536 http://heartisnaked.tumblr.com/post/155187511740/i-quit-live-streaming
  13. I should have let their comments stay so Youtube would recommend my videos more If I didn't want to read shitty people being shitty, I should have just not read their shitty comments and stayed the fuck away from them Rude internet speech is an easy problem to solve by simply just leaving
  14. Me specifically? IDK, I'm not an active user and I don't enjoy using forums anymore. I don't know everything about every badge
  15. I do calisthenics for up to 1.5 hours every day. The results look pretty nice ♥
  16. A very terrible year, but at the same time very good My Youtube channel that I put 7 years of hard work into is losing subscribers every day this year started in early March http://socialblade.com/youtube/user/usurperkingzant/monthly But I chose that risk in exchange for more freedom to do whatever I want on my channel and what games I can play I think the trade is slightly better than even
  17. I used to hide users' join dates and post counts on another forum, Smashboards, because it made me bias a person's post based on them. Older and more active users made me think better of their posts, so I went to settings and hid them. Avatars don't have the same effect on me because they're not measurable
  18. I want to take life more casually, but I still want to do good things for the world. I have a curse gift of brainless workaholism

  19. Terminology just helps people use less words to communicate the same ideas. Some words sound dumb, but it helps the messages get across. Like, understanding terminology makes conversations easier I guess I can't really hate any words, but I'm so apathetic that I can't hate much of anything
  20. CSGO. I don't play anything else. But I think I'll start playing arena shooters to prepare for QC whenever it launches next year. I might play a bit of Reflex if anyone's actually even playing it
  21. I've been playing Nintendo games mostly from 1994 - 2007. Aside from that, I've been a brony ever since June 21, 2011
  22. The biggest thing they're doing right now seems to be searching for and exposing dark government secrets to expose the NWO (New World Order) and the corruption of the global elites. They're clearly being conspiracy theorists right now, but maybe they're being accurate about the truth. I'm not very active in politics, so don't trust my opinions about things I have 1 criticism about them though; they preach that the media is a brainwashing machine and yet they have many Youtube channels preaching against the NWO. It's borderline brainwashing. I can't recall their exact explanation, but they claim that everyone but the elites are slaves, working to pay taxes to a corrupt government that steals people's money or something. I really need to relisten to their theory again Given their past history of hackivsim for freedom and protection of people, I consider them a good movement (is this at all the best choice of words to describe what they are?)
  23. Bronies get socially destroyed. No 1 likes them. Those with nothing to lose don't have any risks for being known to like the show, or even seeing an episode (I only have stupid, unresearched/tested personal theories)
