    It seems a lot of people across all sites have the wrong impression about GoH. Every season has a toy theme, or some sort of toy inserted into the show here and there. S4 was Rainbow Power, S5 was Cutie Mark Magic, S6 is Explore Equestria. GoH is a bit different. Rather than being a toy line for a season, it's a toyline for the entire show, but presented in a way that makes it seem more action oriented or militaristic so it'll appeal to boys and adults.

    I'd pay for a girlfriend, especially a pegasister one. I'd be so much better off with a 2nd income to help pay bills.

    I usually schedule vacations around the premieres and finales. I'm off from October 21st-November 8th this year, which covers the finale, Blizzcon, and the election. When MLP comes to an end once and for all, I'll probably take 2-3 weeks just so I can fully appreciate and enjoy this episode, discuss it, and reflect on the blissful high points and the drama filled low points. I'm ready for this to come to an end, and hope it does soon. I hope 7 is the end. Many good shows called it after 7 seasons, and some went past 7 that became terrible.

    EQG would work infinitely better. GoH is just a dramatized interpretation of the events of the past 6 seasons where Hasbro gets to market MLP as edgy and militaristic to boys and bronies. GoH is just FiM toys with scowly faces and body armor.

    It's episerial. It used to be episodic, but 6 seasons of development has molded the show in a direction that each episode has the potential for measurable, serial progression.

    I actually am strongly inclined to agree with the OP. I've never had a warning point against me, but I've apparently come close a few times due to instances where I might have said something completely benign and an overzealous mod came by and put an ax to the post. It's to the point where I've almost stopped posting here entirely and have lost a lot of respect for the moderation team. It's hard to take a mod seriously when some of them come off as 20 year old, over protective, hug boxy, kids.

    Sadly, on September 2nd 2013, I was officially permabanned from The Roundstable for going off on a mod over a perceived slight. Whether I was right or wrong, I shouldn't have reacted as hyper aggressively as I did. At the time I was invested in the pony craze to levels of insane obsession, so I was too caught up in the moment and indifferent to consequences to care about what I said or did. I was also going through a lot of personal troubles which exasperated the situation even more. I've reached out to the admins of the site several times, seeking to get the ban lifted, but all attempts have been either rebuffed or outright ignored. I still would like a happy resolution to the issue, if they're also willing, but unfortunately I can't even get a response from them. My experience of being banned from there, and the helplessness of not being able to resolve the situation, as caused me to actually advocate for certain people who've faced permaban from other sites. I always hope a site's mods and admins will leave an avenue open for someone if they're genuine in not continuing the behavior which lead to the ban.

    It's literally the only episode out of the roughly 130 that have aired that is written so poorly it breaks the 3 act structure of the show. We don't get the conflict until like 20 minutes in, and then the conflict itself is that AJ is breathtakingly out of character stupid.

    I'm infinitely more capable of judging a piece of entertainment by the quality of its content, rather than the label and intended demographic. All of this is because a group of witty, super talented animators, with a sort of geek culture sense of humor, knows how to sincerely tell a story about genuinely goodhearted characters.

    I once recently had a dream I was sitting at work and for some reason had 3 of my 4DE plushies with me. Every time someone would come by, I'd quickly stuff them under the desk and pretend everything was cool, but it was obvious I had them. This dude is basically living a super awkward dream of mine.

    ADO drags my score down from an 8.5 to an 8. That episode was just too terrible. The premiere and On Your Marks were also pretty flat for me.

    Besides the obvious answer, which is family, I'd probably say home insulation and air conditioning. I doubt the ponies have any kind of advanced climate control for their homes. Also Red Bull.

    For the same reason I only have to smell to know when milk is bad, without needing to taste and see. 6 for me has been great, but it's had its fair share of stinkers.
