I would want to stay human.  But I would still choose to go, knowing that I would have to be transformed into some other creature.  I would take the risk.  Even if there was no guarantee that I would ever get to go to Ponyville, and there was a chance that things would go horribly wrong.  Even if I knew I could not change my mind later, and I could never return to my old life.  I would be scared, but I still would not pass up the opportunity to go.

I would do it as long as it was a visit, and not a permanent stay. As wonderful as Equestria is I love it here, too, and I wouldn't want to leave my friends and family behind forever.

If it is just a visit and I could become a flying creature (like a gryphon, a dragon or a pegasus pony), then I would consider it.

Yes, I would. Wouldn't matter what creature I am, things would still probably get interesting. Hell, I'll even accept being a diamond dog if that were to happen. Keep in mid that I accept to it as long as I have my memories and current mind with me. (Hope is stay sentient...)
