When's the Worst time to have a birthday?

April 20th (mine haha)  Everyone focuses on smoking pot, Hitler, or bombings.... fun night lol

Anything around Christmas tends to be trivial.  Despite everyones best intentions, the holidays are exhausting and there is little time, money or energy to celebrate a birthday at that time.

Don't forget Deepwater Horizon and the Bay of Pigs.

That's my birthday as well

I guess if you're a materialistic person, you would say that it's not good to have it near Christmas. Other than that, I'm not sure. I wouldn't mind having a birthday on any other month or day (maybe Halloween I would lol).

My birthday is Jan 13th, so its always colder than shit, not a very pleasant time to have a birthday to say the least....

I was gonna say Christmas..

But I'm going to say the day before or after. Seeing as it's already close enough to Christmas there's no point in celebrating things two entirely separate things in a row, two days in a row.

Getting birthday presents on Christmas. And you don't even know which presents are your Christmas ones or your birthday ones. >:

When you’re a kid and it’s during the summer and you can’t celebrate it at school

I know a YouTuber with that birthday but he said he was born on a Good Friday so he has that going for him.

As someone whose birthday is right after Christmas, I see a lot of assumptions made in this topic. Of course, maybe I've just been spoiled throughout my life, and I have no doubt that what has been mentioned here does happen, especially in poorer families... But for me? I've always gotten Christmas presents and then separate birthday presents the next day. And we have always separated my birthday and Christmas separately.

Being born on Leap Day like my grandpa meant that his actual birthday only came around once every four years, the other three his birthday just straight up didn't exist :muffins:

December. As a kid we all thought it would be great to have a December birthday because of the whole 2x the presents with Christmas. But as an adult who has to worry about money it sucks when you know people with December birthdays. Makes the hole in your wallet from holiday shopping even larger.
