Honesty, Kindness, Laughter, Generosity, Loyalty, and Magic are the Elements of Harmony, but what if there was another one? It's crossed my mind a few times, and I'm honestly not sure. I'd have to be an attribute to friendship, most definitely.

 

Probably charity, though many people would think that generosity... (I mean for it to be "love")

 

We need a pony who can just roll with everything that happens (Pinkie Pie had a breakdown about being shut out from the Mane Six herd - she doesn't count)

Health. XD A strong mind needs a strong body! If you're not feelin' good, how are you supposed to laugh, be kind, or make "da magics!".

 

Mind and body are intertwined, so it'd be cool to have that to balance it out... to create perfect harmony. She could be a green, mellow, health-wise pony, who is both very caring and logical. And whenever her friends are sick or hurt, she'd be there to patch them up and give them good advice. Perhaps she would be a unicorn with healing powers?

Those are dangerous words to say together on the internet.  Nevertheless, I'll try to remain serious.

 

Hm... This is tough.  Lauren Faust got it down pretty well with her six.  I'm trying to look around my room for cues, but all I'm seeing is an unwrapped chocolate Santa Claus, a LotR Gollum bobblehead, and a replica of god-Kefka from FFVI...

 

I guess I'll go with communication.  That's pretty necessary for friendship (but admittedly a fairly lame element.  Think about it, "And Dingleberry, who represents the Element of Communication by... um... talking to us... and stuff...").  Sorry, apparently I'm no good at this.

I'll have to say that I have always wondered why is no element of Trust, yes RD holds the loyalty but that means she will never betray her loved ones but what about the other face of that coin I think there is a big milestone in friendship and relationships where you know you can put your life on the hooves of another one and that other one will not let you down.

 

I would love to see the element of trust as part of the show still I know it will not happen.

Empathy:

The ability to share and understand the feelings of others.

 

I feel that in a freindship one must be able to empathizes with your freinds in order to understand them better or to relate to one another. Think about it. If someone is sad you can understand their feelings and relate to them. This is something that will generate a strong freindship.

Hope:

I don't mean hope like you want something. I mean you have hope for yourself and your freinds. We can have somepony that no matter what never loses hope and the will move on. This pony can also give others hope when they may not have some to begin with. I think that in a freindship we tend to give hope to our freinds when they feel lost or down. On the other hand this may seem to much, but I wanted to add it to my list anyway.

By the way I heard that in a trading card Princess Cadence is supposedly the seventh element bearer as the element of "Love". Whether this is going to be canon to the show I don't know as trading card have been known to make mistakes. An example is they swich Spitfire's and Sorain's names with each other.

But seriously, if there were a seventh element it could be empathy? I think love is a good one too. I did think of trust too - but figured this was too similar to loyalty.
