Most Beautiful Sight You Have Seen

I am not sure if this has been done, hopefully not.

 

Well I am wondering what one of the most beautiful sights you have seen is.

It could be anything from Nature to a sight of a Building.

 

Me personally I remember when I came to Blackpool for a Holiday when I was young and I went to the top of Blackpool Tower and because of how normal my life is that view was amazing.

 

Now then what is a sight you saw that had you staring for what felt like an eternity.

I cannot say a specific sight I suppose, but here are a couple of random ones that I absolutely love;

 

Snowy weather. When it is snowing a lot and the ground is covered completely and it is very cloudy. As well as making everything feel tranquil, it is lovely to look at.

 

Second, this is an odd one, rain falling through light. Say for example, a street light at night when it is raining. I love the sight of that.

 

Yeah, kinda weird I guess, but it is a simple pleasure of mine. I have not seen too many beautiful locations in person, only online so I did not include those.

The most beautiful sight I've seen was when I was on the top floor of the "Cleveland Hospital"(We were visiting on of my relatives there.) I had an incredible view of the city and the Cleveland Browns Football Stadium.

Anything from nature is beautiful to me. But I think out of all sights, the most impressive was a sleeping volcano. I don't even remember which volcano was, or when I saw it, but I remember that I saw it as a kid, and it was very impressive.

Sunsets in general. It gets so pretty with all the colors accross the sky, especially if you happen to look at the right time. Sunrises are nice as well, although I'm rarely up in time to see them

 

The Norwegian fjords are also beautiful, but I've only seen pictures of them, sadly.... I hope to see them in person someday though.

There are a few things. Between the sunsets set against the far horizon when standing on the beach, to even seeing the city of Pittsburgh, and it's beautiful skyline, I can't decide.

I guess one sight I can remember pretty well was driving out at West Texas at night. We decided to take a stop, exited the car and looked up and saw millions of stars , more than I've ever seen before. It's been a while though :1. Maybe next time I could have a telescope ready so that I could get an even better look .

This is a pretty easy one for me.  Years ago when I was a scout in a local Boy Scout troop, we did a big trip up to Mount Greylock in Massachusetts.  On the last day of our stay, we all woke up early and drove to the top of the mountain (we had already hiked to the top before, and time was of the essence here) so that we could watch the sun rise.  That was hands-down the most gorgeous sight I've ever seen.  We were above the morning fog, so everything below us just looked like one massive cloud.  Then as the sun rose the fog began to cave in on itself and it looked like some sort of cloud waterfall.  My description isn't really doing it justice though.  I wish that I still had pictures.  I know that some were taken, but none have been put online to my knowledge.  I guess that I'd just highly recommend watching the sun rise from the top of a mountain at least once in your lifetime.

An Eclipse, another time there was a fire on the other side of the state and smoke made its way over here, and the sun looked demented. It was like, a blood red orangish solid circle in the sky and the the sky was a murky gray. It was very wicked. 

 

Another sight I cherish, is my first and only lunar rainbow sighting. there was a rainbow halo around the moon one night, with lofty clouds streaming behind it.
