Near Death Experience?

At Kennywood, there’s this old ride called the Turtle, the last time I rode it, it was pretty rickety, and it was over a cliff, so there’s that.

First near death experience: lead poisoning as a baby, of course. Second: In elementary in the third grade, it was mandatory we went to the YMCA to learn how to swim each week. We had to float on our backs, but I slipped and immediately sank underwater. I almost drowned, but no one noticed. Third: I was sleeping peacefully, but I think I turned in my sleep and I almost suffocated. My stuffed animals were on my bed and my neck was right on one of them. Fourth: Most recent one is almost getting hit by a car. Apologies for being vague.

I already posted in this thread about my closest brush with the great beyond. The only other one that came close was when I passed out in my parents’ kitchen from what was later ‘guessed’ to be bronchial pneumonia. My dad tried to slap my face to wake me up but I didn’t feel it. And all I saw in my unconsciousness was the silhouetted figures of two of my most beloved people (residents of a far greater world) coming toward me. The images may have been the leftovers of a dream I was having before I got out of bed a short time earlier because I don’t think I was dead; just deeply out-cold.
