Master Sword, because I love The Legend of Zelda.

I like Zelda games too, but I'd call that more of a hobby.  Liking Zelda game can't really be that one deffining talent that a cutie mark is supposed to represent.  Whatever your cutie mark would be, It has to be a representation of who you are and what you're most talented at.  Notice that I said "talented" and not "skilled".  There's a difference.

Hmmm..... if i earned a cutie mark, it would most likely be a yin and yank symbol or white dove or something that represents peace. I, unfortunately, have a real talent for helping people resolve arguements and disagreements of almost any sorts. I hate it, but im good at it. Cant count how many fights between friends ive stopped and even helping keep my parents together at times, just by allowing both parties to see from the eyes of the other. Im not the boldest of people, so having this "talent" can come in the  form of a curse where im not always confortable and willing to jump in the middle of an arguement.

It's a sword crossed with a pen. It comes from Miyamoto Musashi's attributed phrase, "the pen and sword, in equal accord." Which made infinitely more sense to me than "the pen is mightier than the sword." That always sounded pretentious to me. This is a reoccurring idea in my life, I always seem to be in the center of an issue that others seem to be on one side of or the other. 

 

Strength without ideals is just destruction, ideals without strength is impotence. As a writer who wishes to pen fiction and spread my ideas who is at the same time a disciple of the martial arts, I like to think I have both.

 

To me, the pen represents philosophy, faith, and peace, while the sword represents passion, honor, and a willingness to fight.

I would have the picture of me helping a person who has fallen by taking their hoof, and in one hoof I would be holding open a book and on top of my head is a speech bubble with ....in it to represent any words.  My words would be to do with advice giving. Because I read so many self help books I have a talent for advice giving.
