weesh 690 May 28, 2016 Share May 28, 2016 No. I don't understand why anyone would want to in the first place. have you ever sang at a piano bar for 3+ hours? hot water is pretty much the only way to stay lubricated for a nice singing voice for that quantity of singing. everything else, including cool water will take a toll. I started drinking hot water for such events, but now I drink it all the time. its a great beverage for people with perpetually sore throats. And we had run out of hot chocolate so I went with the next best option. Hot water! I'll be honest...It wasn't the nicest thing in the world, but eh, it warmed me up!
