I'm not a stoner in the sense that I smoke weed every day. I hate smoking, actually. I use it to calm down. It works. I'm not sure if I would be calm after seeing Discord even when I am high though.

Given me and my sister are pagans and stuff and we saw this ep with Hugger,  we both had

a laugh in the over used New Age themes she used but well even the themes of being stoned

and such.  Kinda nice to see something like this filter into the MLP world....

She was on something, but I don't think it was that. I'm no expert, but I doubt weed debilitates you to nearly the extent shown in the episode. If you ask me, she probably lost her shit at Discord once or twice.

Well, she acts like in a constant state of nirvana. Some of the sirian and pleiadian starseeds from the 60' and so on, mainly known by the hippie movement, used to consume natural plants. Such samples were introduced on earth long ago, allowing human beings to achieve higher degrees of consciousness.

It's possible to achieve nirvana without nature's aid, still.

I don't know if treehugger is either being aided by nature, or she's a natural hippie.

Well I wouldn't directly say so, or quickly assume. She reminds me more of a yoga-gypsy (and I just made that up). It could be a reference to The Flower Children of the hippy days, but of course drugs shouldn't be included in the show. Also, surfers kind of have that same tone of voice; "righteous!".
