I did Pacifist then tried to do genocide but, was emotionally done for by the time i got to Papyrus so I quit. So yes it is a good game if it can do that to me.

 

Overall I thought it was SANSsational

I rated it SkelaTEN out of ten

All i would hear about is this game and how amazing it is and i never understood why till today. I never really bothered with the game till markiplier started playing it which i watched the video he uploaded and saw it was quite funny though Flowey was terrifying XD.

I can't really say much about it right now since i hardly know anything about it but i can say Flowey is my favourite character so far.

If I were to describe it in one word: Clever

 

The game looks simple, but every choice you make truly does impact the course of the game. If you try to play it like your typical rpg well

 

Truly the game's creator knows how to hit you right in the feels, and the inspired game mechanics and cloud saving it utilizes make it really immerse you in the experience. I hope other games in the future take the time to learn from this one, because its one of the best that's come out in a LONG time.

It's basically furry Earthbound, so I can summarize it the same way I can summarize a Mother game:

• Absolutely hilarious characters
• Bland gameplay
• Bland "I'm so indie" graphical style
• Terrible tryhard story with bombastic, soulless melodrama and only a very few redeeming sections
• Obnoxious, childish fans

But unlike Mother, Undertale has consistently fantastic boss battle music and in-battle character animations (Mother has a few good tracks but only a few.)
 
There is absolutely no point to the Genocide or Neutral routes existing, other than to show that the developer is apparently still 15 years old, and because Genocide gets you an amazing boss fight you don't get to do in the other routes. Other than that, you're gonna have a bad time.

 
I'm a historical furfag and monster girl lover, and even I'm disgusted by this zoophilic obsession with Toriel, who is directly stated in the game to be indistinct in appearance from her husband, ASGORE. Muffet is very cute, but again, I only think that because I'm a monster girl lover and the pornography of her is still revolting.
 

A shame a backer character slot had to be wasted on -- oh right that's why he's called So Sorry.

Undertale looks awesome, I cant wait to get my hands on it. Reviews on Steam are overwhelmingly positive and everyone I have talked to or watched has done nothing but praise the game for both its hillarity and its earthbound sort of inspiration. I cant wait to play the game

I think I'm going to talk of some of my feelings about this game. POSSIBLE SPOILER ALERT!

 

 

 

 

 

 

So, let's begin with the story, or, should I say, the stories =) I tried the main endings:

- a neutral one, with killing some monsters and bosses, and not killing some. Don't have much to talk about it, there are many possible endings with a neutral story, you may want to try them all (I only did one, personally )

- the true pacifist one, where I befriended all the bosses (Papyrus, Undyne...). Some situations are hilarious, like the dates with Papyrus and Alphys, or the cooking lesson with Undyne (HOTTER ). The ending is so satisfying, you save everyone, even Him ( ;DD )  who wasn't hard himself

- and finally, the Genocide route, where I basically, well, killed every monster, every boss; if you're not ready to be judged and kill every innocent monster, don't do it: this game is judging you SO much. Also, if you're not ready to face the True Hell, which I was, really DON'T do it xDD Also, the ending is... special, to say the least

 

Then comes the gameplay: I really love the idea of moving your soul around so you can dodge some attacks, and being capable of mercy and to talk to your enemy, instead of just waiting for the other to finish his/her turn There isn't really a complicated system of equipment, you just have the place for defensive and offensive objects. You can also win gold by killing or sparing your enemy, and, if you decide to kill it, some.... EXP points

 

Finally, the characters are amazing and hilarious, all of them have different personalities, to the point of nearly feeling them as real beings, so when you fight them, you'll feel regret if you decide to kill them, well, that would be the case if you weren't like me :DD You'll like all of the characters, except of ONE: Flowey the Flower. That guy literally traps you in the freaking tutoriel! To think he's the first one you meet in all the game, it's just so good You'll understand why he's like that later, it's even sad, but that doesn't change the fact that he's a really bad person xDD I was shocked when I discovered that he's like a player himself, he knows he's in a game and he can load fucking saves

 

 

Well, I really told little about it in my post, if anybody is hesitating about having this game, don't be: buy it, you'll like it
