gaming Games you're interested in, but completely suck at.

Are there any games that you really wish you could play, but you are unfortunately terrible at? Either because the game is too difficult, or just because it's a style that you have no idea how to play; these are the games that you've droolingly watched a thousand LPs of, but wouldn't dare pick up yourself.

 

For me, this would be grand strategy games, especially the Paradox titles. I love the idea of conquering the world one historically-accurate nation at a time, but unfortunately I've always sucked at strategy games in general; and every GS game I've tried has just been too complicated, too obtuse, and too unfriendly to new players for me to have any fun with it.

Well, in World of Warcraft, I can play any role just fine in PvE and I'm an okay RPer. PvP on the other hand, better have ample supply of gravestones for the many deaths of me.

Skyrim, Fallout, Dragon Age: Inquisition, Mass Effect, L.A Noire, Destiny, Tomb Raider, Bioshock (1, 2, & Infinite), Shovel Knight, Team Fortress 2, World of Warcraft.. I could go on for ages.

The shorter list would be games I'm good at: most Nintendo games, Minecraft, Portal, and Borderlands.

I suck at video games: I can't aim, I get lost really easily, I have really bad hand-eye coordination. So most games are a no-go.

none really... I'm good at every game I like... well PvP in World of Warcraft could be one but really is it fair when your enemy is a bunch of people who spend 3/4ths of their day playing the game...

I would like to play Grand Theft Auto games, but wasnt able to beat anyone of those games.

The mission at the end just get so hard 

Also racing games. I like Ridge Racer, but starting with the third game in the series " Rage Racer " i had a lot of problems.

I never could beat the last class, the cars are just way to fast and even if i see lets plays of it, i cant do it...i dont even understand what im doing wrong, im just bad at racing games. 

And also games like Alien Nations were you build towns...i always run out of money or get attacked by another race and die.

Oh dear, I play mostly strategy games. I am horrible in Hearts of Iron, moderate in Victoria II, lost when I am playing Crusader Kings II and feel pretty pro when I am playing Europa Universalis IV .

ARK: Survival Evolved. I have it, I play it daily, I love the game, but I'm just terrible at it. At my level most peoples have multiple Raptors, maybe even bigger dinosaurs, but I have only one raptor and two dodos...

Oh yes. I tend to play as New Zealand, and send my little 10,000 strong expeditionary corps to meander around the world in search of soft targets and running away from all the scary enemy armies (Italian militia! Run away!)

 

Other than that, the 'Wargame' series' multiplayer has always gone rather badly for me. Mostly because I always seem to end up as Pact, when I only really know how to play NATO (and only really West Germany, UK or US at that.) I can just about manage the single-player, though.

No, the game is pretty fast. I'm decent at it, but they are unreal and move too fast fore to keep up with.

Trying to play a game like rocket league always ends in me failing, but at least I generally have a good time. That, and the majority of fighting games I try are quite difficult for me to learn/play.

CS is one of those games that will take a while to get better at. A lot of training is needed to get really good, and I'm not saying I'm a pro.
