general Long Nails or Short Nails?

Keeping my nails trimmed short, on a regular basis. So much discomfort with long nails, even if they are done correctly.

Well I'm a guy so short. I don't know how women can stand long nails. I rush to cut mine when there's even a tiny bit of tip on them. I hate the way it feels and when they get snagged on stuff.

Extremely short. If the nails grow out a mm or more they hit everything, it becomes difficult to pick up small pieces of wire etc.

I don't keep mine really long. But long enough to the point of making them excellent at scratching the occasional itch. If I have them too long, then they can be prone to breaking easily during my usual routine of chores. I really hate breaking my nails.

Taking more care of nails nowadays. Keeping them short so I don't have to worry about breaking them, or them becoming uneven (which can lead to me biting them if a nail clipper is not around, which is bad!). But not too short as that leads to other troubles.

I prefer short nails, but maybe I'll let them grow out a little so I can easily scratch an annoying itch.

But other than that I hate really long nails.

If it wasn’t for my job I’d have fake long nails. Mine don’t grow out well(break off easy) so they’d have to be fake,

They get rather long and strong so I actually don't really feel any need to trim them. So I do prefer them like not too short or too long they can be rather nice for massages you know. While also a lot of girls really like them for some reason.

I only like short nails on me. After 17 days it's too long and annoys me.  But I don't find longer nails appealing in general.
