So on Facebook the MLP page released a two minute preview of Season 6. Link below to the Facebook page because I don't know how to embed Facebook videos.

I'll try to upload a YouTube version when it's available. Also going by past experiences, this won't be available to people outside the North American area.

I can't really get behind Starlight's new hairstyle.  >_>

So you could say that her hairstyle is cause some "split ends"?

I think that just may be a problem with the clip in general. Everyone's voice seemed off and slightly deeper-ish. AJ and Starlight's voices were most notable for me.

 

Hopefully that's not an issue with the episode itself.

Sounds like the video might've been pitch-shifted a bit for some reason (probably to dodge the copyright ID system).

Understandably so. Just picture Starlight's situation. Unlike, say Discord, she can fully comprehend and regret her actions. Not to mention being amidst the ponies who's lives you nearly changed for the worse twice.

 

And I'm glad the writers are making her nervous and hesitant. I would've been disappointed if all of a sudden Starlight was an instant best friend with no regrets or worries.

 

As a fan of Starlight I'm very happy with how they seem to be portraying her so far.

Well it's nice to finally see some more of the show after the hiatus.

Not a lot of information is given, but I am fine with that, I am already looking forward to seeing it next week anyways.

Despite not really liking Starlight Glimmer's reformation, seeing her feel nervous and out of place is a nice little step in earning my acceptance of her as a character.

(Hopefully she goes through more or something different than what Sunset Shimmer went through in Rainbow Rocks.)

I can't believe so many of us are in neigh-saying mode just from the cold open, although I will say that if Starlight's new manestyle is prophetic of her reformation, the outlook isn't all that great. Still, there's plenty of time.

 

If the "Crystalling" is supposed to be a reference to the christening, my most wishful thinking is that it's similar to the christening in The Godfather. It would be a bad day to be against the family.

Awesome 2-minute sixth season preview for today after reaching 6,000 shares on Facebook! Next Saturday in the morning, this is it bronies! I know that 2016 is going to be a great year without bad happening, including our reformed Starlight Glimmer!  :D

So, we’ve gotten ourselves whole two minutes of premiere to wet our appetites, and one Jim Miller who’s apparently reliving his teenage angst on EQD. Both fairly enjoyable events I may add, if only a bit lacking in a more ethereal sustenance. We still don’t know how all of it will unfold but it seems that the shiny and shimmering plot device will again play an important role. Ah, Crystal Empire, you are but a glittering, inexperienced youngling drunk on spring and wine, always exposing your tender parts to the wrong kind of people.
