gamecubeguy214 2,511 June 5, 2016 Share June 5, 2016 Nope, not one bit. I used to, but then I gave up. Though I do respect the FitnessGram pacer test. It's the best meme on the face of Earth. 1 Pennutoh has a gun
Trinitron Keys 89 June 5, 2016 Share June 5, 2016 Totally. When you work with your hands you gotta keep your moneymakers in shape. Bulk Biceps's got nothin' on me, & I work out old-school with only a pull-up bar and weighted bag.
Gestum 2,493 June 5, 2016 Share June 5, 2016 Well, I usually ride my bicycle for about 10 km 5 days a week.
tangra 15 June 5, 2016 Share June 5, 2016 I don't at all, and that's actually something I intend to improve on now that summer's here.
Envy 6,116 June 5, 2016 Share June 5, 2016 No. I've been told I should (from a health standpoint, not how in shape I am... but that needs work, too... >.<), but it's June. It's HOT outside. I have no business being outside at this time of the year. I certainly am sick of being out of shape, and feeling like I do, though. Everything needs more woodwind! Denim&Venöm 18,141 June 5, 2016 Share June 5, 2016 I bike 7 miles to and from work. Does that count?
Dreambiscuit 9,345 June 6, 2016 Share June 6, 2016 I go to the gym twice a week and spend about an hour and a half each time. The first one is usually cardio (elliptical machine and aerobics), and the other is light weights. It's not much but just enough to keep things from sagging.
Rawzy 1,302 June 6, 2016 Share June 6, 2016 I do gym stuff 2 times a week and I just recently started running, but I can only run like....4km in 30 minutes :/ 1 Think For Yourself. Be Yourself.
Troblems 5,615 June 6, 2016 Share June 6, 2016 I swim for an hour several days a week, hating it every single time. Grump. 1 I got an extra hour in the ballpit
SparklingSquirrels 21,299 June 6, 2016 Share June 6, 2016 Not daily, but I exercise a few times a week at least. I swim usually or ride my bike if it's not too hot out. Finding a way to exercise that you actually enjoy doing is key, though. ֍֎֍֎
Lisa 5,553 June 6, 2016 Share June 6, 2016 Most often I play a game of cricket every week and I go surfing whenever I can, which is unfortunately rare though because I live a far bit inland.
Lunatone 39 June 6, 2016 Share June 6, 2016 (edited) I do. I got to my college's gym about 3–4 times a week to workout and exercise. It's also a great time for me to clear my head, not worry about the problems I have in life as I'm too busy focusing on doing the next rep/set, et cetera. ~Lunatone Edited June 6, 2016 by Lunatone
cmarston1 5,958 June 6, 2016 Share June 6, 2016 I wouldn't say that I exercise extremely hard or anything, but I spend a decent amount every day on the exercise bike, and I like to walk home when I can.
Rainbow Cloud 17,748 June 6, 2016 Share June 6, 2016 Besides the occasional walk I don't really exercise that frequently, fortunately my fast metabolism helps to keep me in shape though.

Guest June 7, 2016 Share June 7, 2016 I lift weights, run and row in order to stay in shape - and I use my bike almost every single day.
SquipyCheetah 449 June 7, 2016 Share June 7, 2016 No, I don't and I don't really plan to anytime soon. I am way too lazy to go through with it.
Solid 1,327 June 8, 2016 Share June 8, 2016 (edited) While I train for many other reasons, health and getting in good shape are pretty good ones too, and since lately I have significantly more free time due to summer school being not as intense, I got plenty of time to train. My daily training routine is mainly divided into four categories Endurance and Resilience: Physical fitness through running, push-ups, sit-ups, pull-ups, etc Strength and Burst: Traditional weightlifting with freeweights and machines Skill and Speed: Martial Arts - mentorship with a 2nd gen Jeet Kune Do Sifu plus out of class conditioning Mind and Will: Qigong and Meditation Edited June 8, 2016 by Solid

Kyoshi Frost Wolf 41,213 June 17, 2016 Share June 17, 2016 Other than going on a daily walk, I don't exercise as much as I would like. Just get ever get into a routine with it. I actually commented on a thread wanting advice for how to make exercise more enjoyable, I should follow my own advice from that thread. Teavvi 627 June 18, 2016 Share June 18, 2016 I usually exercise 5 times a week but only in the summer. Yes. A lot of people would think I'm skinny because I exercise a little, but I'm just born skinny. Like super skinny. Like stick skinny. Just kidding. But I am super skinny. 1 Sig by Shadow The Hedgehog//
S.F. 1,560 June 18, 2016 Share June 18, 2016 During the week I make sure to walk at least once every day (weather permitting of course - gotta love that UK climate :s) On top of that, I go running at least 3 times a week - handy that one of my colleagues has a qualification in running coaching, so go out with him around once a week or so too. *Insert deep, intelligent and witty signature here*
Whirlwind 1,048 June 21, 2016 Author Share June 21, 2016 Good to see that some bronies exercise lol I don't know Aside from my training distance run workouts, I like running in general (since I am an active distance runner for college) "There is no greater love than to lay down one's life for one's friends"
Sugar Cube 4,843 June 21, 2016 Share June 21, 2016 It tends to fluctuate. I try to at least get a good amount of walking in each day. It's hard to exercise after long work hours, and especially in this summer heat, but on a good week, I'll go to the gym 2-3 times for at least a solid hour, and I'll ride my bike 2-3 times a week too to get in some extra cardio. I don't exercise regularly per se, but I am doing my best to make it as much of a lifestyle as I can, and I'm certainly MUCH better than the couch potato I used to be.
