If you could pick a pony to become your best friend, who would it be and why?

I would definitely have to say Pinkie Pie. I can relate to Pinkie in some ways, she always puts a smile on my face, and she's best friends with everypony.

Pinkie Pie would be a great best friend too, though. If you live in Ponyville, you kind of can't resist being befriended by her.

Maud Pie. She seems super chill, friendly and real. She is that kind of pony that would never judge you, she is kind of an outsider, which I happen to be too. I also like how calm she is, you can tell she is smart but super caring and values her friends and loved ones above all else.

 

Before S4 I would say Pinkie, but in the end she IS too action-y and has her head in the clouds all the time, which is part of her charm but in the end it would be too much for me

If I could only choose one, then hm. Let's see. Obvious pick would be Dash, but let's see. Derpy! We'd create the perfect comedy troupe! We'd be bigger than Robin Williams or Denis Leary or whoever is currently the king of comedy.

That's a very difficult decision! I'd love to be taught more about sewing and designing by Rarity; on the other hand, being a good friend and helping out Applejack on the farm would be a great and fun way to get a bit of a workout; hanging out with Rainbow Dash might help my confidence, and again help me get fit; Fluttershy would be great to have around due to her love of nature and kindness; and Pinkie Pie would be endlessly funny... But I think I would get along well with Twilight Sparkle seeing how we have quite a lot in common (we're both eggheads). So I'd say Twilight, although being best friends with anypony would be awesome!

Even though Rainbow Dash is my favourite pony, she can be a bit...eh at some times. I'd want Pinkie Pie to be my best friend since she's always happy goofy!
