okay like it says SPOOOIIIILLERRRRSSS~! but if you want to see both Part One and Part Two of the Season 6 Finale (still don't know why they were aired early in the UK or why they skipped two episodes to GET to this finale) you can see them here -> Part One and Part Two  ANYWAY i really liked the idea of there being more to the Changelings and that they were really only a sort of 'pupa' form and now WHAT'S THIS?? THORAX IS EVOLVING!! BING BING BING!! THORAX HAS EVOLVED INTO...well...that's a good question wtf even are these evolved changelings???? anyhow i liked their new designs despite the whole what the heckers involved SO yes of course i did a quick piece of Thorax in his new form;

 

 

trying out a slightly different style with the colouring and so forth here....not reaaaally happy with it but HEY. practice makes perfect amirite?

I like the new changelings but want to see queen chrysalis create a new hive of changelings and maybe "improve the formula" so that the can't share love and have to take it. It will be interesting to see if good changelings retain the transformation power since they no longer need to steel love by replacing loved ones. I kept shouting at the screen the phrase "their changelings remember"

Chrysalis coming back would entail more changelings. I know she's gonna come back... Even though it will be to get revenge on Starlight Skywalker

When I first saw what Thorax turned into, I thought it was pretty weird and that opinion carried over with the rest of them. But, on additional views of Part Two in particular, this new form the Changelings have taken on is actually pretty cool. It might not mean all that much, however, unless they start to appear more often than they have.

Maybe they will do something similar to Apocalypse and New Genesis from DC.. Chrysalis has a new changeling offspring to compete with those who rebelled against her.

I'm actually expecting that to happen. Chrysalis isn't the type of character who would accept defeat and fade away. She is likely to come back with a swarm who is just as like-minded as she is, and will seek out revenge against everyone who had ever defied her.

I am not expecting her back for quite a bit... But if my hunches are right, and they usually are. She will return for season 7 or even better, the movie(minor villain)

I don't see her coming back again until much later. I know she's a popular villain but utilizing her too much would only lessen the excitement fans have for her. If she shows up towards the end of season or the movie next year, I'm all for it because it would've been enough time since the previous appearance. For now, a new villain is needed or another throwback from generation one.

I kinda wish he spoke after his transformation. It'd interesting if his voice remained the same, since he sounded like a teenager or young man.

I notice Hasbro recycles much of their content(not a bad thing) Imagine if Chrysalis is made a slave for the movie villain? It would be a nice subplot and character development for the bug queen. I believe the villain in the movie is going to be a dark source that iis responsible for all the evil in Equestria. I am calling it Nightmare Force(can't think of a better name now) This Nightmare Force transforms Chrysalis into Nightmare Chrysalis so the changeling queen can do this villain's bidding.

If it helps them sell toys and further expands the popularity of their brands, they'll keep on recycling until it no longer works. There are some who think the movie villain will be Grogar--a generation one villain--but I personally think it will be something that no one would ever suspect coming.

Not intended to be deep for a children's show lmao.. But Chrysalis being enslaved as Nightmare Chrysalis can teach kids that, evil is rewarded with constant punishment. Chrysalis had a chance to reform and lead her race to be constructive instead of destructive... But no, Chrysalis ran away because of her pride and sociopathic nature.

When you put it that way, having her become corrupted would make a lot of sense. Starlight offered her a hoof in friendship yet Chrysalis spat on that by declaring that she would have revenge. She couldn't accept the fact that the other Changelings had evolved past her own expectations for them, and decided that her best course would be flee for her existence. Revenge and evil characters go hand-in-hand. They covet it because they feel it's all they have left after losing everything. They actually become more dangerous than before.
