Assuming it would have to be used for fun (that is, spending the day active instead of buying things for future [no PC's, nor other gadgets]) mainly for my own needs, then... To be honest I have no idea what I could do.

I'd love to use that money in a more proper way, for better future, but that would be against the 'rules' (mentioned above). Besides, $10000 would be just not enough.

24 hours is not much, so there wouldn't be much to do. 24h-vacations? Impossibru!  I think I'd take my younger brother for ... some walk I guess? We'd buy tons of food and stuff like this and then spend the whole day doing random stuff. Heh, I'm not sure if I'd be able to spend even just $100.  Getting a day off is enough for me to have fun, really!  I know it's nothing amazing, but I don't want much from life.

Well  I would pay off all my students loans and bills and rent for months and give the rest to the local animal shelter and homeless one.  I'm a very simple person in my nature and don't really need much in stuff.   Buuuuttt I would spend money on a copy of the last unicorn signed by the writer if i could find it.

Invest in a full frame camera like a Sony A7 series or the A9. I like how Sony's doing their current lineup of mirrorless cameras. 

A couple of nice lenses. 

A drone for spectacular aerial footage. 

I'll probably built a nice PC for video editing with programs like Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve.
