This may not be definite, but here's what I could think of.

1. Filli Vanilli - This episode has a couple of blatant issues but nonetheless, it's one of the most enjoyable and memorable episodes for me because it's full of adorable moments, I really love the music in it, and it focuses on my two favorite Mane 6 ponies (Rarity and Fluttershy).
2. Crusaders of the Lost Mark - This episode makes me feel so good. It redeemed Diamond Tiara and the CMC finally got their cutie marks... I'll never forget the excitement during that moment. Plus the songs are great and it never fails to make me an emotional crybaby.
3. The Cutie Re-Mark part 2 - Aspects of this finale make me too sad sometimes, but it's still amazing and I remember my heart flooding with joy when Starlight got redeemed and it showed her befriending the Mane 6 during the song. I love her so much. A really powerful finale with a rewarding ending.
4. The Perfect Pear - This stands out as a sweet, emotional, and well-written episode that is impossible to hate. It didn't explicitly mention death but still handled it in a genuine and tactful way. The storyline was bittersweet and powerful, and Applejack's parents were such an adorable couple.
5. Sweet and Elite - An endearing episode focusing on my best Mane 6 pony, Rarity, and showcases her personality excellently. There are lots of memorable details and scenes I love about it, but I especially loved the scene where Rarity's friends cause chaos at the canterlot elite's party.
6. Magical Mystery Cure - A wonderful episode that keeps my attention all the way through and has some really beautiful moments and fantastic songs. It may be a little too fast-paced but I think it's a great episode with an interesting premise and amazing payoff. 
7. Green Isn't Your Color - This episode isn't THAT special and I'm mostly biased towards it because it focuses on Rarity and Fluttershy, but it's still a nice little episode and it was really cute to see Fluttershy in different outfits and mane styles.
8. Pinkie Apple Pie - Sadly I can't watch this episode anymore and it's hard for me to think about because I have some bad memories tied to it now, but I remember it being an absolute blast with plenty of funny and exciting moments throughout. Always engaging and never boring!
9. The Last Problem - A wonderful and impactful way to end the series. It's so bittersweet to see what the lives of the ponies are like now, and even though I'm losing interest in G4, this episode makes me cry every time and I will always feel moved by it.
10. Princess Spike - This is on my list because it is one of the most hilarious episodes to me. I also really enjoy watching it for visual reasons--Canterlot looks gorgeous in this episode, all the backgrounds and scenery are nicely detailed and there are lots of neat-looking background ponies too.
