Ugh... tough decision. Leaving behind everything i know and love is a tough choice. But the oppurtunity equestria has and the potential its has as a whole new world is something u cannot just overlook. If i had a Chance to bring my friends and family. Then HELL YES!!! But fi it was just me... tough. Leaving ur Old world for a New World. Its a tough decision. This wolrd does have its problems... but it also has its perks too. Its an oppurtunity of a life time. But if i can never return here then... i wouldn't go. I wouldn't wnat to leave. If i was able to go ack or bring my love ones with me then i would stay.

But realisticly...it depends. I might go. Its a great oppurtunity, and it would be amazing. But I'm still young, so mcuh to see and learn. If it happened to me this year, i would say no. But if i'm older i... i might. It all depends. If life aint well then i might go. Its a tough decision. To Leave ur home for a new one. I guess this is relevant to like when the immigrants came to the americas. they had to leave there homes for a "land of oppurtunity". And well when we all go to Mars one day we might have to make that decision lol.

All in all. Its a tough decision. On one hand u would leaveing and amazing world along with your family and freinds, but if u don't go, u may be missing the oppurnity of a life time, to see a whole new world, and to learn new things, to start over perhaps. And in my mind getting to see Equestria, and the ponys, to experience new eperiences and see new things, thats like the dream right there. So do u choose the dream, or reality? I wouldn't want to miss out on all that, but then again, i would want to miss everything in this world either.

I'm like 60% chance not go and 40% go. It really depends on many things. =/

But i were to bring my family and stuff, ofcourse i would go. Also if i was able to come back i would go too.

IF i did go to equestria i would choose to be a Unicorn. I would probably tavel all over. Learning evrything i can about magic and the depths of arcanology. Experiecing a world not many ponys have seen before. And then settle some where in a Gaint Library like Twilight.

Ouch Ouch Ouch on losing your memory -- why would you ever want to do that? I mean in that case you would be better off hoping to be reincarnated as a pony when you died.

As for the people wanting to be a unicorn and learn a ton about magic, remember -- Most unicorns only have as much magic as is demanded by their talent. Rarity can use telekenesis and she can find gems. Thats it. Some of the background unicorns seem even more magically inept. Twilight with her talent being magic is NOT the typical unicorn.

I think if i could bring 5 people with me it would be easier for me to decide. I still think i would go. My life, while not horrible is just depressing. I would love that type of fresh start. Id go straight to Canterlot rent a Ferrari and live the high life. ( Bonus points if u get the pun >) and while money isnt everything telling me ill have substantial wealth only makea me wanna go more. Whats Equestria's unemployment rate? I been looking for a job for almost a year.

Yes, definitely. I'd love to experience the world of ponies despite losing my friends and family. Equestria sounds cooler than this world right now and without a doubt would be more fun. Possibly, I could make a lot more friends, too.

I would go, but I would find a way to contact my friends and family to tell them what happened to me. There's no doubt that I would miss them and it would be difficult, but at the same time with the kind of world we live in it might be an easier decision than most people would think.

I know it could be hard to leave everyone behind... but i'd probably go. First off. NO more depression so it's an instant win

plus i don't have very many friends. So equestria?... hell yes!

I'd definitely be a pegasus, i would chill with rainbow dash!

I would definitely go. In a new world, it would be a fresh start. Although I might miss my family, friends, belongings, etc., Equestria seems to be like a place where everyone can rely on each other. With all memories and stresses forgotten, Equestria seems to be a peaceful place. The hole that my acquaintances may have left would be filled with friendship since everyone there seems to be connected.

Why not? Despite being 3 years into college still have no clear goal of what the fuck I want to do, I have no friends left, haven't made any since high school, and very few acquaintances. I see everybody around me as a douchebag with bad intentions and not worth getting to know or talk to and my paranoia and social awkwardness/phobia doesn't let me even try to approach anybody. My parents nowadays do nothing but fight with each other, complain about extremely trivial things, put everything under a microscope just so they can criticize and complain about it, and just generally be in a bad mood every minute of the day (well my dad is, at least my mom tries to act happy every once in a while), such cancerous attitudes that are really starting to infect me. Giving me a chance to be in Equestria would be like giving an Ethiopian kid a chance to have a buffet. If anything I'd leave a note telling whoever cares that I've left to go somewhere else and not to go looking for me. So yeah, bring on Equestria.

Alright, time to be really honest about this.

I would absolutely love to go to Equestria and start a new life, and live a peaceful and funfilled life with the ponies of said Equestria.

However, I have to say no because, as tempting as it is (nearly hit yes), I would rather stay on Earth with my family and friends. It wouldn't be fair to them about how selfish I was, even if they didn't know what happened. It would cause a huge mess and break so many peoples' hearts. That guilt would just be too much.

If I got my mind wiped and was born anew, then maybe. Just maybe.

Absolutely not. Imagine leaving everything you have, leaving this, the internet! and not being able to watch any shows, you wouldn't even get the excitement of watching MLP. No Star Trek, no Doctor Who, no X-files, and no everything else. so my final answer is no.

edit: and who says the well known characters of the show would actually do anything with you?

Actually if you make a big enough pain of yourself who knows if Celestia would eventually get tired of it enough to either send you back or banish you in a dungeon in the place she banished you to. I think it would be very easy to overstay your welcome with the mane 6 and the princesses to the point where they would be actively avoiding you.

Twilight sparkle: Could you believe Brony showed up at the library AGAIN today.

Rainbow: What is it with that pony? She clings worse than Scootaloo -- at least she has a reason.

Fluttershy: It waited for hours outside my door just looking at me -- I couldn't go outside.

Stick on a planet rapidly heading into a downwards spiral or go to a utopian paradise free of war and pain... Gee, you make it so hard to choose.

A world where friendship conquers all, a world where everyone is special one way or another, and Princess Luna.

Sign me up. It just seems far better than our boring world, which will probably be destroyed by us anyway. That, and it seems like a place where I could truly fit in, Oh joyous thoughts.

Equestria...

A dream of dreams

One full of happiness

Of peace

Of harmony

And the box can take me to it

The seemingly innocent box

Can give me all of it

If I simply accept it

If I simply say "yes"

The Internet

Don't need it

I'd have community

Video Games

Don't want it

Need no escape

Technology?

Don't care

Nopony else does

My Dad's a jerk

My Mom would understand

Few would miss me

But... there is one.

A loved one

The tears in his eyes

As he reads that I'm leaving

The realization

That we'd never meet

The shatter of hearts

Into a million tears

Neither would be truly happy

So I'd kindly write on the note

"No thanks"

And place it in the box

And let it fade

Going to equestria would be awesome. I would be pissed off if it isn't show accurate though, that would be lame. If it was however then I wouldn't think twice about leaving. Although, in time I'll probably miss my familia and then end up regretting it cause they'll be worrying about me and all that jazz. I would take the chance to go but I know it would come with consequences.

Growing up has never been an easy task for me. while I admit that I do have it better than most I will also admit that the ideals that some have it better are flawed. I am a very sick individual and while leaving for Equestria in the body of a pony sounds like a dream come true for me, it is just that. a false hope, a fools errand, a castle in the sky.

Sadly it will never be and as I say this now everypony I am half expecting to be whisked away and proven wrong but know in my heart that it will never happen. While I am fed up with this world I still have my friends whom I love, my Family I would never wish to lose even if I know they are safe and all of you. my Bronies I could not in good conscience leave you all to the rot of this world while I experience that which you all seek. Eternal happiness, bliss, love and a life in Equestria.

While I say all this now I can tell you all that this just goes to show, we already have all that here. We have happiness, bliss, friendship and we make our own Equestria right here. we may have our limits but those boundaries help us grow for the better.

I love you all my fellow bronies.

Anypony would be hard pressed to get me to hate them even if they were to attack me I would most likley considder their reasoning behind it and try my best to disuede them and help them. I have a disposition to want to eleviate the suffering of other beings, suffering myself just for having seen another in pain. I guess you could say I represent the very aspect of humanity. I always put others before myself. I will always choose right from wrong. Good from evil. I show Compassion and willingness to help others. I epitomize morality. We can go either way. White, black, or gray. That being said I would be considered the purest of whites (my ponysona just chose to be gray) siggy.jpg

I would without a doubt although I would want to stay human and then me and Lyra Heartstrings would be together forever haha!

And for those saying Equestria is this overly happy place your wrong. We've seen times where The land of Equesteia faces dark times (i.e. Discord, Changelings) Equestria is just majority positive which I prefer over our majority negative world.

By some turn of events, you're able to spend exactly one day in Equestria before returning home (And you won't be able to return. Ever.). What would you do? Where would you start? End? Which ponies would you meet? Also, you understand that you're only there for one day.

Personally, I'd debate on either going to see Fluttershy (Favorite pony) or Twilight Sparkle (I relate to her most and she'd probably be the calmest about me showing up) first. I'd probably end up going to Twilight Sparkle's library and explaining the situation to her. Then she'd probably call her friends there to meet me and then I'd make plans according to how things go. One thing I can bet on is that Pinkie Pie would probably throw me a surprise party in the evening. Not a bad way to end a day, in my opinion. What about you guys?

See if I can get some apple pie from AJ, talk Pony literature with Twilight, see if I can watch Dashie practice some awesome tricks, try to avoid being seriously injured by the CMC and end the day with the inevitable Pinkie Pie party

Well the first thing I would do is meet Dj-Pon3, then head to Cloudsville to meet Rainbow Dash and see a show performed by the Wonderbolts. After that I'll go buy a dress from Rarity and eat apples from Applejack apple trees. Then to top it off meet Derpy and Doctor Whooves and go on one adventure with them. Then I would go to a farwell party thrown by Pinkie Pie. It would be the best day ever. :D
