In what way do you break brony stereotypes?

Pretty hygenic overall and not into children, beastiality or anything sick like that. I wouldn't really consider myself obsessed or a die hard fan either. I have some of the merchandise sure, but I won't gamble my life savings for it or anything.

I don't think it matters what attributes apply to anyone. It's not the peripheral stuff that dictate whether or not one is a Brony or Pegasister. In my case, some of the typical stereotypes might apply to me, but not all. It just goes to show that everyone is different and Bronys aren't defined by any one thing or lack thereof.

As for me:

Bisexual

Not a friggin' pedophile

Not into bestiality, even though I'd happily date a cartoon pony. 

I'm highly hygienic.

I don't collect MLP stuff, or anything for that matter. I don't need material goods.

I'm slender and very active.

I don't live with my parents but I do room with my cousin, paying my own half of the rent.

I work odd jobs when they come up and maintain an active lifestyle.

I don't have many friends and don't especially care.

Some might consider me awkward but it's my choice to be so and I'm fully aware of my own personality.

I like MLP but it's not my favorite show. 

I'm a fan but I don't wear it on my sleeve. I don't hide it either.

Contrary to stereotypes I was an introvert and anti-socialist before I started to watch MLP:FIM. This show helps me to be confident and more social than I was before. 

I don't hate anyone until I've solid reasons to do so (which is super rare). I like to be open about me liking mlp fim.

I find FIM Ponies attractive and would happily date Luna. (but totally not interested into real life animals (also bestiality is really, really disgusting))

I'm sure I'm enough social for my age

As a Brony, I've been employed since 2000.  I have interests in other stuff outside of My Little Pony(Ex: Mario, Sonic, Marvel, DC, Mickey Mouse, Bugs Bunny, Transformers, GI Joe, Harry Potter, Star Wars, Star Trek, Mega Man, Power Rangers, Ninja Turtles, Metal gear, Final Fantasy, Elder Scrolls, Warcraft, Guild Wars, He-Man, She-Ra, Dragon Ball, Gundam, Pokemon, Sailor Moon, Kikaida and even my Hawaiian heritage), I don't wear any hats, I shave(A requirement at Work), 

Actually, where I work, I always give a complement to a customer that wears any shirt related to something I like.  And whenever someone wears a Star Wars t-shirt, I usually ask if "They want to come to the Dark Side." That usually leads to a laugh, a yes, or a no.  More funny if it is a yes.

And of course, I think Bronies are nice people compared to most of the more demented meatbags that waddle around getting more negative attention that they don't need.

I stay clean, cook, work, and socialise with others often, although I'm not too concerned with breaking stereotypes per se. I don't go out of my way to showcase my love for the show, but I don't have anything against those who are passionate enough to want to. In the end, I treat MLP like most other hobbies!

Well, I’m a female, who’s currently in college and also working. I take great pride in personal hygiene and my appearance. I’m also not a hard leftist or left wing in general, as many bronies seem to be. I’m also into fitness and health and am a seasonal gym goer.
