MLP Fighting is Magic tournament?

You can count me in! Though fighting games are not my forte', it will still be a lot of fun regardless. I just cannot wait for this game's release. Even to be able to try the demo they will be holding for the Canterlot Gardens convention will be an interesting treat.

If you check out their website's FAQ page it says that they plan on having both single player and multiplayer using a lobby system set up by individual players as aposed to a central hub.

i dont sure what it means, but it souns like there gonna be multyplayer, so im good -w-

No they do not, but It's got to come out eventually.

They planned on having a bunch of different characters, but I'm sure they will release a version of it when the main 6 are finished and then add in the other ponies via patches or something.

Yes it will be free to enter, but may include a small cash reward for whoever wins. I might make a separate tournament with a buy in and thus a higher reward, but only if people display an interest in such a thing.

A tournament? Heck yeah, I would gladly like to see if my skills which I am going to train hard are anything to speak about.

While I would probably lose I'd love to join. Also I think the prize should be that the winner get's whatever Steam game they want in a certain price range. Or something else I don't know.

Maybe, idno. just plain money is easier and I know everyone wants money, but not everyone may want a steam game.
