How open are you about ponies?

I'm a cashier & I wear my pony shirts to work all the time. My bosses, coworkers & customers have been very positive as many know that MLP has a positive message. I've been wearing my pony shirts to work for over six months & not one word of negativity has been uttered about it.

People are too judgemental :( I'm starting university soon though, maybe I'll find some fellow bronies there.

I completely agree. :( I'm starting university this week so I'm really hoping I'm not the only brony there. At least people in college seem a bit less judgmental than in high school so I will get to be more open about it. I want to find enough people to start a brony club!

Right now, only my parents know and thank god my brother doesn't know because he would judge me for it. Well, I did tell one guy at school too because he once mentioned that he used to be a brony, but we don't really talk anymore.

I was origonaly considered a furry, due to my nature... but i can see how, furry and brony are closly related... sorta.

you may disagree with me about that... but from what ive seen, most people who are "bronies", are just a hairs diffrence from "furry"...

(not implying bad at all, infact i find most furries and bronies are careing, supportive, loveing, and open minded)

now as a furry, i have a tail that i wear (its just a braded rope for now... more durability) but its usualy "secured" so most people dont even notice... As a brony, i have RD in my truck, and i get stares... laughs... and the occasional "remark" that should not be posted here...

but its all good, to each his own. IF i had the resorces, i would wear a proper tail, and dress with Pony attire. maybe ears...

... i think this is my 40th post!

*insert generic final fantacy fanfair* (ill be listening to FF6 fanfair...)

The unasked questions are what bother me, not the answers. The answers give me clarity. Silence is in its self an answer, so ask! To not ask is to deny the existence of said question, and leaves you with just "what if".

I'm very open about mylove for the show. I have figurines, blankets, mugs and glasses, and t-shirts. I post a lot of pony-related stuff to my Facebook, so a majority of my family knows I'm a brony and proud of it, too.

I'm totally open about it! I used to wear pony shirts more than I do now, but it's only because I don't like the shirts I have anymore...too pink.

I've got a nice amount of merch, and I wear a pony dog tag around a lot. If someone were to ask me if I like mlp I'd have no problem telling them I do.

Nobody knows I'm into the show, not even my family. It makes it pretty lonely (which is why I came here) it would be nice to have people to talk face to face about the show with though.

im going to hit some people in the face with the fact im a bronie ;) but lets keep violence out of this and call it a rough boop,
basically im a super closet bronie and nobody knows, my friends have speculations because i used pony memes on one occasion and named all my city's and a game of civilisation after places in equestria.. when i come out about it they will probably be like "I KNEW IT" as for my parents and school mates... well everyone will find out in a month when i wear a fluttershy fursuit on our school camp XD the theme chosen for our group was "animated characters" and i cant help myself! i haven't made it yet but i have a month to learn the ins and outs of making a fursuit and get the materials ^-^ its gonna be great!

I'd say I'm mostly open about it. I usually give off little hints with (as said above) quotes, quirks, and other little things. But eventually, I just give up and leave it bluntly for all to see. So yeah, I'd say I'm pretty open about it.

Do my plushies stand tall and proud around my desk as I play games and work, they sure do, do my vinyls stick around on my display chest next to all my other statues/busts and other collectebles? Yup! Only once you have entered my chambers do  you see what really drives me, so if people ask, yeah. It's not something I'll preach to the heavens about though

I never mention Mlp in public because im afraid of the reactions i could get.

In my Family, i mentioned it to my Father, Mother and Sister but only told them once and that was it.

Sometimes i talk about Mlp again as some sort of Joke, to my Sister.

I'm nowhere near open about being a brony. Though, in all fairness, only a few of my closest friends are aware of it, but they're understanding and respect me enough to not judge me for it. If I told a random person I knew or my family, they would probably flip out, give me strange looks and tease. That of course means I don't buy merchandise very often or walk around in public with pony apparel. The only place where I'm truly open about my bronyness is online on these forums.

Please check out this awesome looking My Little Pony fan game being developed by Rikifive. Here's a link to It's post: https://mlpforums.com/topic/156773-my-little-pony-the-game/

I'm open depending on  who I open up to. My entire family knows I like MLP, and my best friend does too. They approve. :D

If it's strangers my age I'm like,  yeeeaaahhh, no. I'm pretty shy in general.

Like many others, I am open about Ponies depending on who I am talking to. With my family, I'm very open about it and will only discuss it in the rare instance that it is brought up as a topic of conversation. Otherwise, it is something that I keep very private to myself. I remember when I nonchalantly told my coworker that I watch the show, and his reaction was priceless. People can be very judgmental at times, so it is best to keep things to yourself.

I'm very open about ponies! I wear pony T-shirts whenever I want, I draw ponies at school, and if people ask me about it, I have no problem about telling them I'm a pegasister! All my friends and family know about it and they never judged me.

Nonetheless, I don't talk about ponies to people if they don't ask. I don't want to bother them with it.
