Lunar Glow 677 June 4, 2018 Share June 4, 2018 Currently rereading Eleanor and Park by Rainbow Rowell...as a person who usually hates romantic novels, this is surprisingly one of my favorite books! I strongly recommend it to everyone, because it’s not just another sappy love story. 1 Avatar by @Bakugou is my Man <

cuteycindyhoney 13,341 June 26, 2018 Share June 26, 2018 "Lyon's Pride" by Anne McCaffrey. It's the second to last book in her "Talents" series. Talents are people with such extraordinary mental abilities, that when merged in groups, they're capable of teleporting whole spacecraft light-years away in the blink of an eye. Sort of reminds me of how it used to take multiple Unicorns to raise the sun, before Celestia became able to do it herself. Anne McCaffrey is one of my all time favorite authors. (Auto correct wants to change McCaffrey to McCartney!) Thank you Sparklefan1234!!!

Shadowfax 68 July 25, 2018 Share July 25, 2018 "The Coming of Conan the Cimmerian"; the first book in a series which collects all of the Conan stories, but ordered in when they were written, and not when they were published. It's been a fantastic read so far! From the immense creativity of the locations, settings, and situations, to Robert E. Howard's efficient writing style - writing in such a way where he only needs a paragraph to describe what most modern authors would unnecessarily use pages to describe - The Conan series truly deserves it's spot as one of the great fantasy series. On 7/21/2018 at 12:37 AM, Sunset Rose said: Solaris by Stanislaw Lem. I read this book just a few months ago. I wont say much, but I found it immensely disappointing after the first third.
