What is Your Favorite Music Genre?

What is your favorite music genre? Mines is Rock, mainly Classic Rock from the 60s - 90s. I love most of the bands during that time, and their songs were just amazing and beautiful such as Hotel California, Stairway to Heaven, Highway to Hell, etc.

I love most types of music, but I generally listen to Christian rock at the moment and then trance/dub step at random times!

Hard to say what a definitive favorite genre is. I always like to say 'Brass Rock' of the late 60s/early 70s. Because it's rock (usually progressive/jazzy) with wind instruments. Doesn't get much better than that! lol

 

But overall I love a lot of genres from the 60s/70s - Rock, Soft Rock, Soul/R&B, Progressive Rock.

 

Otherwise there is Folk (mostly British, traditional - at least in origin), and, of course, Classical and Early Music.

I cannot pick one specific genre. I have been listening to a lot of aggro tech lately, but I love a good amount of genres. Metal, Symphonic Metal, Aggro-Tech, Orchestra, Orchestral dubstep, piano, progressive rock, and the genres that are very similar to those I think. There are probably a few others but those are the main ones I listen to.

I love Synth, Disco and kinda like a rock genre that I can't point out.
