Tell me any game series you like and I'll add it to the poll as well, and any genres I missed or consoles I missed would be nice as well.

 

My favorites are adventure games or platformers, and I have a PS2, PS1, DSi, and a Wii...none of which I use much anymore. Fave game series is and will always be Crash Bandicoot.

We all know the computer is the best gaming system, I meant game consoles like the PlayStation or Nintendo DS.

Anything that involves creating civilizations and monsters and such I like. In other words:

MINECRAFT. SPORE GALACTIC ADVENTURES. And the other stuff.

 

And I also like R.P.Gs like pokemon, WOW, DDO and this one I forget the name.

And shooters, like HALO and gears of war.

And platformers especially yoshi's island

My favorite genre is definitely RPG. Horror has been creeping on me though.

 

I have a PS1, PS2, PS3, NDS, Gamecube, Wii and GBA.

 

If you wanna count stuff I've had in the past I've also had NES and N64. I also play lots of flash games of various types on PC too though.

Between the three great PS2 platformers (Ratchet and Clank, Jak and Daxter and Sly Cooper) I will always be a Sly fan. I've played one of the Jak games and it was okay but not great (Haven't played more than the very first Jak though and I know the others are different so I shouldn't say much before I play the others). I also played Ratchet 1 and A Crack In Time. I love ACiT but the first one feels clunky compared to it, though that's because I played ACiT first.

 

Sly Cooper though? I loved every game sooo much. Best of the three imo.

That's what I hear. Spyro was just put in there to draw attention to it but the story doesn't even focus on Spyro at all or something.

 

I haven't played Year of the Dragon yet though. I really want to. I've beaten the other two already (Technically I only beat the GBA version of The Eternal Night, still working on the Wii version but almost done)

Besides, I would never want a game to release on an inferior console. It makes it harder for them to do good things with it like more open worlds, less invisible walls, better textures, the ability to go inside of buildings instead of just skirting around them, etc.

No fighting games under genre? Well recently I have been playing nothing more than JRPG's, next on my playlist is Legend of Dragoon. Yet oddly enough my favorite game is C&C:RA2

I know that, but it's not like I'll waste $300 on a PS3 when a new console is going to come out in a year or so anyways. I just wish they still developed games for the old systems. Classics ftw.

There is absolutely no news of a PS4 yet. Rumors maybe but absolutely nothing is solid. lol

 

Most people predict there to be at least another two years before PS4 is released.

 

Besides, if you don't get a PS3 you are basically going to miss out on Sly 4.
