I honestly don't like her.

 

She's very up in your face and very obnoxious about her awards and such. She needs to be more noble and not brag as much.She's worst pony for me.

Seriously, I'd bash her. It was only because I was jealous, though -_-

 

Her arrogance was viewed as "a character building flaw"  while Rare's vanity was "bitchy."

 

I was bothered by that, so I put Dashie's head to the chopping block because of it -_-

I realized I was wrong, so I looked at her with an open mind, and whaddya know, she ain't that bad She's pretty cool, actually

   Rainbow Dash is all kinds of awesome, I love her intrepid spirit and her drive to purse her dreams, but she would still sacrifice much for her friends, even her own goals to keep her friends safe. I also like the fact she is very honest, Rainbow Dash is honest to a fault, she is not afraid to speak her mind out, and has an assertiveness I wish I had enough of, Rainbow Dash would be the first pony to stand up and shoulder the burden of somepony else. I think she has the best mane out of the mane six, you can't go wrong with natural rainbow colours, it matches her tomboy attitude with feminine charm, so when she flies, it is always amazing to watch Rainbow Dash soar across the sky, Rainbow Dash is and will always remain my favourite pony.

She's not as cool as Godot probably my favorite character in the show, she's spunky, and personally I don't mind her ego, hell I enjoy it(then again, egos don't really bug me, unless your like Trixie imo). Yeah, she has a ton of flaws, but she wouldn't be as interesting if she didn't have much flaws. I also tend to like the character types that are big toughies yet have big hearts

RainbowDash is so incredibly arrogant, stuck up, and rude.

Her head is so far up her own ass that it will never come out.

 

She has made THE worst first impression on me since season 1.

I don't care how many ways others think she's changed. She is a character with no redeeming value.

Gotta say, I felt the exact same way.

 

I'd relentlessly hate on her in anyway I can; given, if you want the truth, it's mostly because most of Rarity's haters are RD fans (and vice-versa, for that matter) and they always would cut deep on my best pony with mean words

 

But then I realized, "Hey. She's not too bad, even if she is really flawed and arrogant; her heart is in the right place, and I shouldn't treat her badly just because some people fuckin' suck." 

 

She's one, like Rarity, you either have to warm up to after a while or just love instantly.

 

Now, you feel free to have your own opinion here, but I gotta say, RD ain't too bad, man  

 

None of the mane 6 are.

I have to say while I do like Rainbow Dash I do have to admit that she did come off as really brash, obnoxious and overbearing during Faust's tenure, Season 2 really showed Rainbow Dash at her worst. However I do think she has mellowed out quite a bit over the course of Seasons 3 and 4. She still has her moments but she definately wasn't as bad as she used to be. In a way she's comparable to the Sixth Doctor.

Not particularly high, but not low either.

 

For me Dash is kind of a boring character. Everything about her is very obvious and unsubtle to me.

Which happens to be what I like in character, depth. And while Dash has depth, again, it's very on the nose.

 

I also am of the opinion that she gets too much credit as a character while better characters get too little.

I honestly don't know why everyone has such a beef with Rainbow Dash in season 2, I thought she was better there than S1, as well as S4 so far

Edit: I was in a bit of bad mood and exaggerating when typing my original post, so I thought I'd edit this.

 

Rainbow is a great character, and I like her a lot, but she can definitely come off as brash and/or arrogant sometimes, which can be a big turn off for some people. Still love her, though
