Has anyone else heard? My friends were talking and one said he was in jail fir drinking. Is this true? If it is what does everypony think of this?

Yep, he got thrown in the slammer for DUI and drag racing with a rented Lamborghini. Serves the kid right, you can't just go around acting like a tool and expect your ego and your social status to save you.

Yeah, he was arrested on a DUI charge since he was driving intoxicated. He was drag racing drunk in Miami Beach, so now I think they let him go.

Mostly relevant: This is an interesting article that takes that question on from an interesting angle.  Just as a warning: it's from Cracked, so it is likely to contain slightly more adult material, though I believe that this particular one isn't quite so bad from what I remember.

 

You know, I sort of feel bad for the kid.  Johnny-Bob Johnson from down the street could murder and eat an entire family, and that story wouldn't get half the coverage that this kid getting a DUI is.

Drag Racing on Miami city streets

 

Speeding (60MPH in a 30MPH zone)

 

Driving while under the influence on non-medical marijuana and nonessential prescription medication

 

Resisting arrest (He started cursing out the officer)

 

Other Charges Not Related To Miami Incident:

 

Property Damage ($20,000 egging a neighbors house)

 

Misdemeanor #1 (Attacked a photographer while in a shopping mall with Selena Gomez)

 

Misdemeanor # 2 (Spat on a neighbors face during a verbal conflict)

 

Current Bail: $2,500

 

Bieber is NOT currently in prison, however, he was seen being escorted by correctional officers out of the jail. (No surprise here) He was also seen waving to fans as he left the premises.
