Alright...time to put my two cents in. My personal favorite constantly switches between Babs and Octavia.

 

Why Babs? I can connect with her as she and I almost have the same backstory. Almost. Plus, I love her accent. I have no idea why, I just do.

 

Why Octavia? Her sophisticated manner always interested me, and the fandom has given her numerous amounts of great backstory. I applaud any decent fanfic author who writes a story involving Octavia. Her personality certainly isn't the easiest to handle.

 

I often conflict myself with this question.

My favorite pony is a toss-up between Pinkie Pie and Rainbow Dash. They are both great characters. Pinkie Pie never ceases to make me laugh, and I really like Rainbow Dash's personality.

Pinkie Pie is my favourite. Not only she provides the most funny moments of the show, but she's also an interesting, complex character. Her "dark side" is always there..."Party of One" is of course the best example, but please notice that in every episode her facial expressions are mainly of anger, doubt, disappointment, discouragement...remembering us that being optimistic is a hard work!

I forgot who to say I voted as my fave secondary and that would be Scootaloo. Which is funny as I hated her when I first watched the show. I think she is one of the more interesting ponies though due to her disability and apparent lack of family. I want to know more about her and also take her under my wing a bit, ha.
