  1. I love being a girl, but I don't love how my gender is treated.
  2. When no one is looking I go to the park and go down the slides and swing on the swings.
  3. This is a fun topic. Twilight - musty paper and old books Rarity - opulent perfumes and silk Fluttershy - springtime and flowers Rainbow Dash - rainwater and the sky Applejack - earth and trees and fruit Pinkie Pie - vanilla and birthday cake Spike - traces of ash and fire
  4. Dude! You're right! I blocked out the edges of the photo with my fingers and I can kinda see the blue and brown now.
  5. Okay. This is freaking weird. Have you seen this yet? It's all over the internet right now, a popular illusion. Apparently different people see this dress in completely different color schemes. I see a white and gold dress, other people swear they see black and blue or brown and blue. Is this for real? Or am I really, really gullible? What colors do you see?
  6. Dude, the 1 point category was mostly spot on. 0.0
  7. Right now my roommate and her friend are quizzing each other on advanced anatomy. I find myself incredibly grateful that, since I'm either majoring in English or Computer Science, I never have to know that crud. I've also systematically forgotten everything I learned in Spanish. Because I could. What's something you're glad you don't have to learn, or that you can forget entirely?

    general media Equestria Girls Car

Kinda looks like a shoe with eyes.
  9. Just imagine it covered in the blood of innocents. *shudders* Seriously, someday someone will write a creepypasta about fursuits, and then it'll become a common fear, like clowns.
  10. They creep me out a little. Just like sports mascots and those Disney Land characters. I just don't like those soulless eyes and the unfeeling smiles.
  11. Right now I'm reading Pride and Prejudice, writing an editorial, learning about sets, integrals, and linked structures. A whole bunch of random stuff.
  12. I am much in favor of a theme song change. Or they could just change it to the one they played in Equestria Girls. That was a hot song, man.
  13. I don't even know how to react to this. I think you just sent me into shock.
  14. Valiant Hearts: The Great War I have never cried so much in my life. Except maybe for The Office's finale.
  15. Dang. Looks like a communist-type organization, or like "Animal Farm". You know... "All animals are equal but some animals are more equal than others." It's enough to give ya the chills.
  16. I come to every fandom late. When I started watching Sherlock, they already had two seasons. Doctor Who had six, the Walking Dead three, and both The Office and HIMYM had run through entirely. As such, it's a very rare thing for me to watch a season of a favorite show as its being aired, instead of working my way through archived episodes on Netflix. I always find that first "live" season, though, when you finally experience the show simultaneously with the rest of the fandom community, to be a thrilling experience, that final confirmation of fandom membership and inclusion. I started watching MLP last summer. Season 5 will be my first "live" season of the show, and I am more excited than I have ever been about ponies, friendship, and color schemes. What was your first "live" season of MLP, and what did it feel like to you?
  17. 19 F Orange. I like this census idea. Wish we could get more polls going on the site, they're fun.
  18. Niiice! One of my favorite songs from my favorite episode ever. Well done.
  19. Group projects, man. My and my partner agreed to post the research we were assigned this morning, because it was due by 4:00. We figured if we got it out of the way sooner, we'd have plenty of time to check things over. Except she didn't put her stuff up. Nope. At 2:00 I got freaked out and did her half of the project for her, because if she did forget to do her work entirely, I wasn't gonna take the fall. It took me another hour to do a decent job of it, and then I get it u...

  20. I really liked KOTOR I and II. It was a really fascinating exploration of the Star Wars universe, and it had a very different feel to it than any other game I'd played or movie I'd seen set in that universe. Plus there were a whole lot of side quests to do and rich, intricate back stories to discover. And there were dozens of choices you could make to change the story. It was the bomb.
  21. I was friends with this vegan-libertarian girl who would not STOP POSTING. Every day there'd be four or five articles on my news feed about how Bush and Obama were "exactly alike" or why all meat-eaters are gonna die before they're fifty. She was so self-righteous and irritating that I finally unfriended her. No big loss. I dunno about disgraceful, though. I mean, my definition of irritating or disgraceful shouldn't be the gold standard in evaluating what people choose to put on their pages. Oh, except what really pisses me off is when people post chain comments and such. Like "post this t0 5 posts or u will dye 2moro" (spelling mistakes intented). Those need to stop.
  22. I don't really believe in the idea of "good vs. evil", especially in literature, but it does seem like the Dazzlings were causing harm sort of needlessly. I put that down to poor writing, though, rather than being evil. Or maybe it was just that their nature and personalities include a chronic need for attention and to be liked and adored. Seems to me that was really the goal of them doing the battle of the bands and all, instead of acquiring more magic.
  23. Man, I barely made it to the weekend, and it's only the first week of class. It's gonna be a long semester. :(
