  1. I loved the Pitch Black flavor when they came out with it. For what they have now, I usually drink original, Livewire, or Code Red, but my favorite would have to be Mountain Dew Throwback. The different flavors sold in the US all contain HFCS, which is banned in most countries.
  2. Having to deal with liars always ticks me off.
  3. Not my favorite pairing, but these two look pretty good. I like how you used Granny Smith's coat color for the smaller one.
  4. As my open toolbox is currently the object at my immediate left, I have many potential weapons to choose from. Let's see... Strangled with a bungee cord!
  5. You were just beaten to death with a ball-peen hammer.
  6. While a staff would certainly be realistic, I highly doubt that she needs guards. Her and her friends probably have more power and combat experience than the entire Equestrian military by this point.

    general media What. The. Hell?

Different people have different opinions about different things. Who knew?
  8. My least favorite shippings are the ones where the characters have never canonically met and would have absolutely no reason to ever interact. Also, anything that involves incest or underage characters is just creepy.
  9. I've met quite a few racist who fly the rebel flag, but even then, they flew it as a symbol Southern pride, not racism. Ironically enough, the most racist person I've ever had the misfortune of meeting flew a rainbow flag on his storefront.
  10. They are NOT a southern pride group. Most of us want nothing to do with them.
  11. Of course it's overrated, but that's only because so many fans put it on a pedestal. It's a cute show that's both well-written and well-animated. It is not, however, the greatest thing in the history of things.
  12. Applejack: Sorry, Sugarcube. Ah'm in love with Rarity.
  13. It's ironic, isn't it? This used to be a country where minorities were treated as less than human. The amount of social progress made in the last fifty years is astonishing. There was a time when gay people were jailed for deviant behavior. Now, they can get legally married. There was a time when black Americans were treated as second-class citizens. Now we have a black president. Like I said, it's astonishing. We've come so far as a nation, in such a short time. The problem is, there's a flipside to all this progress. People have become so wrapped up in the concept of political correctness and racial sensitivity that they're starting to bow down to any group that complains loud enough. In modern times, the rebel flag is a symbol of Southern heritage. Nothing more, nothing less. It's disturbing that so many people are trying to take away my First Amendment right to display a symbol of my home and heritage, while at the same time claiming to be the victims of oppression. It's almost as though people are starting to feel... I guess the word would be entitled.
  14. If the official comics (the canonicity of which are admittedly questionable) are any indication, we may see Chrysalis return at the end of the season. Slice of Life proved that Hasbro and the writers are paying attention to the fandom, so they must know that people want to see her again. The appearance of a Changeling at the wedding may have even been a bit of foreshadowing.
  15. I may or may not have shed a single manly tear during "I'll Fly."
  16. My first cat was an enormously fat Tortoiseshell that was born under the dumpster of the shoe store my mother worked at. My mother and sister named her Sweetheart, a terrible name that absolutely did not suit her personality. My first dog was an Australian Shepherd/Samoyed/Newfoundland mix. His name was Ranger, and he was big, strong, fast, and utterly fearless. He was the the greatest dog that ever dogged, and I still miss him. I still have his dog license, and wear it around my neck constantly.
  17. That really depends on whether or not the comics are canon. I seem to recall them going to the moon in one of the earlier comics.
  18. I used to love fireworks, until the first time I had to spend the night comforting a terrified dog. They're nice to look at and all, but I've seen too many pets end up lost or injured because of them.
  19. It's hard to choose just one. My favorites are: -Canadian bacon and pineapple (Hawaiian) -Bacon, pepperoni, pineapple, red peppers, green peppers, and onions -Meat Lover's -Anchovy and pineapple (It tastes a lot better than it sounds.)
  20. Remember when Americans didn't scare so easily? I remember. What happened to this country? Sure, the world is a scary place, but we used to face it together! This was the land of the free and the home of the brave! When did we start being cowards?! Who decided that it's better to back down than to stand up? Are we really so far gone that we'll let rumors and conjecture stop us from enjoying our Independance Day? I hope not.
  21. I really don't think Sparity is so popular that giving Spike a girlfriend would divide the fandom too badly. Spike's crush on Rarity is cute and all, but he's a child and she's an adult. He needs friends his own age to grow as a character.
  22. I'm guessing Trixie trying to use the pain spell on Rainbow Dash was a combination of lingering corrupting effects from the amulet and simple anger that Dash took her toy.
  23. Probably Rapheal or Casey Jones from TMNT.
