I am a size 3 1/2 in kids. I live in the U.S. as well but the shoe size can also depend on the material the shoe is made of because i can wear a size 2 in childrens shoes and the one pair of them i have that are work out shoes are actually a bit to big for me which i doubt is from stretching due to having tiny feet already.
