How do you prefer to wake up?

Waking up from naps usually feels a whole lot better than waking up from a night of sleep.

Ideally I wake up when I feel like it and lay there relaxing as long as I want but I always wake up with an alarm clock, stretch a bit then grumble and get up.

I get like 2-4 hrs of sleep a night, it's grossly unhealthy and it drives me absolutely nuts at 2-3am when I need to be in "dream mode", I was gonna say "I don't" lol, nah I love being awake and lively, but everyone NEEDS real damn sleep, for a healthy mind, body and soul. I want to be able to sleep every last second I get bc of how little sleep I am used to getting.

Hm. It doesn’t really matter how I wake up- it’s the getting through the day is the question.

Hmm…I’d much rather wake up naturally to a clear sunny day and no noisy alarm clocks! :P 

Waking up to birdsong is also pleasant.
