general Where do you want to live in the future?

There are lots of places with modern architecture that look very, very enticing. I'll rattle off a list of what I'd like my dream city to look like, but not necessarily where I'd want it to be.

Astana, Kazakhstan

Dubai, UAE

Valencia, Spain

Hands down, I would want to live in Japan. I kind of have a love affair with this country. (Don't tell America -- he's kind of clingy, lol) I most likely will live in Japan for a time in the coming years as a study abroad student and later as an ESL teacher.

If I had to stick to the US, I would like to live in The Smokies. I have been there many, many times and I would actually consider moving there if I had the chance. As much as I would like to move further north, even though the south is (or at least where I live) notoriously lousy when it comes to winter weather, winter is still winter, and I don't much care for cold weather.

Total freedom of choice, I'll take Germany. At the moment, it does seem to be the most well-off nation in Europe. (Feel free to correct me on this though.) I can't think of any specific city I would want to live in, but I would want to live "close enough" to the Nurburgring.

In leu of better alternatives, I guess I'm sticking in Canada. I cant argue with the healthcare system, I'm in a good spot for job hunting and it's relatively peaceful. More specifically, I'd like to live in the country where I'm far away from the hustle and bustle of urban living. I'd hate to live somewhere like Toronto even if I could afford it.

Sometimes I think Mars would have its benefits too :P

Hmmm... a hard choice. There are lots of great countries i'd love to go and meet, mostly Russia, Sweden, Japan, Canada Brazil, the USA, Australia, India, Chile, Peru... The list goes on. But, while i think it'd be nice to live in, i guess i'll be sticking to Mexico for now. There's still a lot i don't know about my birthplace, plus, it's states are also the most economically accesible for me, heh heh. But, if i'm lucky enough, it'd be great to have a sweet, comfy home somewhere on Vancouver, heh heh. And, in a much more insane thought, a great home on any other planet if we manage to colonize them.

Equestria!

Oh you mean real places...

I do love living in the tiny island village that I currently reside, but if I were to move, I would prolly move to Portland Oregon. Another yet odd place that keeps coming to mind is Longyearbien (I may have misspelled that...) which is the northern most settled town on earth.

I love my country, Israel, though i don't particularly favor the coastal city lifestyle anymore. I would like to live in the Golan Heights, though i doubt my profession and workplace would allow this currently

Somewhere like Toronto appeals to me, I really like Canada and would love to move there. ^^

If not Canada then I would like to try and move further South from where I currently am. It only gets nicer the further down ya go.

It's been my dream to live in Ireland, maybe somewhere in the countryside with a bunch of animals for company. It would be peaceful and quiet - just heaven.

I'm happy living where I am, only thing that could make it better is if I was living on my own land out in the country...so in the future, that's where I'd move. I'd prefer to stay in the southeast (U.S.) though.

I don't have really plans to leave germany or even the rhineland. Maybe I would leave my home village to live closer to cities like Bonn or Cologne, but I don't think that I will live somewhere else. Of course, it depends on where I will find a job, but I don't think that this will somewhere far away.
