Here in Victoria, Australia it was quite chilly, it wasn't too cold, nor hot, it was windy though, for sure.

Which is odd, since it's been extremely hot here lately, today it was 21 Degrees Celsius.

In Southeast Texas, it's only 1 degree above freezing. Feels like 28. Wind Chill of 5 degrees. The only way it ever gets cold in Texas.
