gaming Games you have NEVER finished

As for me, it would have to be Banjo-Kazooie for the Nintendo 64. The battle with Gruntila stumped me as I couldn't hit her with my eggs and I kept on falling off the edge every-time I tried to aim myself :( <3

The other one would have to be Pokemon: Red Rescue Team when I was facing against Articuno. It ALWAYS killed me with Powder Snow and I had no reviver seeds thanks to the amount of times it knocked me out X'( <3

Grunty, in both games, frustrated me so bad.

I usually complete every game I start *cough cough except tales of symphonia*, but I am at the end of the game just have to do some grinding till I reach 2,000 grade which takes a looooooong time, but I am right at the final boss.

Now moving onto to games I have not completed because I ended up not liking them I will only list 3 which are Silent hill 4 now I love the silent hill series, but silent hill 4 is just I just can't get into the game its soooo bad to me so I refuse to go back to it ok next game is final fantasy X-2 now that is a horrible game in my opinion the characters were changed for the worse Yuna being the worst offender and Tidus idk he went missing somehow WHERE ARE YOU TIDUS?????? lol ok joking aside moving on the final game is final fantasy 12 now its not a horrible game I just don't like the battle mechanics so I ended up stopping well that's the end of my list.

Most games I own to be honest.

Most annoying though is Blitzkrieg I and II - been playing them over ten years and never did finish any of the campaigns they offer, let alone the games themselves, as well as expansions. AI's too damn good.

The first Witcher. Started it again for the...fifth time, I think, when a friend bought me the third one just to catch up on the story. Got sick of fighting the bugs and clunky mechanics though and bailed, just like every other time. It seems to have a decent story but holy nope to the actual gameplay :(

Just about every game I have ever played.

In Forza Motorsport 6, the only things I really do are these: buy car, test drive, upgrade, never touch again.

@@Radiance64,

The final boss is kind of a douchehat. I didn't beat him until a couple years ago myself. I got super lucky too. I had only Xelha left and no attack cards in my hand. I finished him off with a single attack that took like 400. When he fell I was like YES. YES YES GO DOWN.

It was a crowning moment. Felt really good.

A shame that you didn't like Final Fantasy X-2 or XII. I thought X-2 was brilliant in the way it showed life after Sin. How it affected the people and society. Not to mention the sweet gameplay. Much improved over FFX imo.

I really liked FFXII's battle system, how it emphasized preparation more than the combat itself. The best part was definitely the world and sheer amount of content without feeling like they wasted space in the game like other more open world games.

Final Fantasy 7. Gave up after wandering in the grasslands long enough.

This will probably sound more rude than is intended but the game world isn't particularly large. Where would you have gotten lost that a quick look at the world map couldn't point you to the nearest town?

I guess I just got too lazy to find another town, after stumbling upon that mini game. :P

I would for sure resume the game, if I could just find my PS2 Slim and three discs.

The main one that came to mind was Prince of Persia: Warrior Within, which I had the misfortune to get while I was still playing Ninja Gaiden. Because Ninja Gaiden is so much faster than Warrior Within I was never able to really get into it, despite being very interested in it.

I've also never finished Dark Souls, funnily enough also because of Ninja Gaiden. The combat is just too slow to keep me interested in playing, and the combat is the core part of the game.

Lastly, Devil May Cry 4. This one I quit playing because of an obscenely annoying jumping puzzle early on, where the camera angle changes mid-jump and fucks everything up. After failing it a bunch of times I quit playing, and I never bothered going back to it.

Okami, got halfway through then lent it to a friend for a good few months. When I got it back I had no idea where I was or where I was supposed to go so I just stopped

I'm actually ashamed of giving up on it

Oblivion. I loved that game back in the day, I played it for a good couple hundred hours just exploring the world and doing all the side quests and roleplaying. However I never actually could be bothered to carry on the main story because I hated the Oblivion gates so much, those of you who have played Oblivion will know what I mean

I played Mario and Luigi Super Star saga after playing all the other games in the series, so for me it felt really inferior and I quickly got bored of it. It's not been so long since I last played it that I don't know what I was doing or where I was going so I now couldn't finish it even if I wanted to. Unless of course I use a guide or reset, but I don't care enough.

I've got some games that I've never finished, not because of other things though.

Here's my list: Oblivion, Pokemon SoulSilver, Pokèmon Black V2, Banjo Kazooie N&B, all the Halo games, and Dragon's Dogma.

Some of you might recognize the last one.

You should be. The game just keeps getting better and more creative as you go along. Definitely give it another go at some point. I need to replay it myself.

Games I Haven't finished yet are

Final Fantasy VII - Got to the end of the game, but haven't cleared it yet

Final Fantasy X - Lack of strength and damage is what got me here

Pokemon Stadium 2 - I only borrowed this from a Friend to clear Gym Leader castle, but got stuck at elite 4 and champion and haven't started on the cups yet.

Pikmin 1 - Was so close to finishing it, but got wiped out at final trial and couldn't finish the game on time when I rented the game

Super Mario Galaxy 2 - Haven't been playing this lately, but I don't think I can finish it so hopefully If I can get around it.

And SMT: Persona 3 FES - I had to start over from the beginning since I messed up the social link schedule.

Majora's Mask because I hated the time resets and thay Elegy of Emptiness statue scared me 10 years before Ben Drowned.

LA Noire sat unfinished a couple years due to PS3 problems. I then fixed it enough to beat that and GTAv before it died again.

I feel a little embarrassed but to this day I still haven't been able to beat the classic Super Mario games (1, 2, 3 and World), the 3D games have been pretty easy though  :twi: I also didn't finish Mario Galaxy 2 but that was because I got bored.

I've played a lot of Skyrim but I never bother to finish the main quest, I also got bored of my character and started over a lot of times, so I also haven't beat that one.

I've never finished any Pokémon game, they just get too long and at some point I forget about them (not to mention my sister has deleted my save file twice  ).

Aside from that, well, most other games tbh  :awuh:

Heroes VI made its way on my list of unfinished games. I managed to finish challenging Heroes of might and magic III, same with IV and V which was significantly easier. But VI... I don't want to sound like a noob, but I always hated "rush" tactics and Heroes VI forces such tactic upon You, otherwise You just get pummelled by AI troops spawning out of the blue and outnumbering You by gathering troops without even having a place to recruit them from. I hated AI in that game, but also game mechanics were pretty poor. It was a struggle. xD

Amnesia: The Dark Descent, because.... 2scary4me. Morgue was the moment I quit.

Half Life 2 - despite loving the game to the bits I never made it to the very end of it D:

Those are the ones I can think of now.

I never finished Donkey Kong 64. Came close but my save went dead. Also never finished a pokemon game, Grand Theft Auto 3 and San Andreas or that old bugs bunny game for the game boy color where there were all those castles and tweety kept trying to kill you or something.

Crap, what game was that?
