Newbie dash because they justified the hazing.

MMDW because her friends decided that humiliating dash was a good solution to the problem, and the insanity of that was never addressed.

Bats was horrifying, but it at least responded to how bad an idea it was in the end.

There are several episodes that I feel the show could have gone without.

I really would have liked to get rid of Simple Ways and Applejack's Day Off for being the epitome of boring.

But I probably would have gotten rid of Slice of Life instead.

I actually kind of like the episode, but I would have much much rather have had an episode focusing on giving Celestia her due, rather than focusing on fanservice.

But than again if the series was to be radically changed, I would have had Rainbow Dash become a Wonderbolt in Wonderbolts Academy, preventing Newbie Dash from ever happening.

Or replacing an episode in season 5 to have Rainbow Dash become a Wonderbolt before her episode with Rarity.

Non of them, because even if I dislike an episode like Flutter Brudder, there are fans who enjoyed it, and I have no reason to take something from them for myself. Every single episode has some people that hate it I would imagine, so if we all got to remove one, every single episode would get pulled.

 

I just accept that there are bad episodes i don't like and carry on with life. They don't effect me enough to worry about them.

I would pick Magical Mystery Cure (S3 E13).  This was originally going to be the Series Finale.  For that, it works just fine (although I'd make it a 2 parter).  But, it is the start of Twilicorn & I don't like Twilicorn. I wish she had stayed a Unicorn

To Where And Back Again. Pretty boring compared to the last two season finales, and the Mane 6 getting captured with ZERO explanation is:

Seeing that Starlight had no means to destroy the anti-magic throne herself and needed that Deus ex Machina without her own magic, she might as well have just summoned Saitama from outside of the hive - one punch from him and that stupid throne is gone.

Applejack's Day Off

It's the only episode that broke from the 3 act story structure, and gave us an inexplicably out of character conflict literally 2 minutes from the ending credits. The first 20 minutes was looking at pipes. What a giant load of crap and nothingness.

I find it cliche to get back on pranksters just to get them to apology for their pervious pranks.  Unless it literally harming the people. Pranks is a "joke on you." suck it up. 

 

This should been more of a "fun" episode not an lesson one.

I couldn't see myself deleting any of the episodes from existence. Despite how certain episodes have become infamous among the fandom over how questionable they are, there are some who do see something positive about them. I wouldn't want to deny them that privilege.

While I despise the season 6 finale more, I'm being economical with my pick. Getting rid of Remark gets rid of the season 6 finale as well as The Cyrsalling, No Second Prances, and Every Little Thing She Does, episodes that range from meh to awful IMO. And without Starlight there as well they'd actually have to do something with the Mane 6, like give Twilight an episode. And maybe, just maybe, they'd decide to put their passion behind Rainbow Dash becoming a wonderbolt and make a spectacular episode out of it. (I'm meh on the overall product but it's a crap celebration milestone episode)

I was going to say Tanks For The Memories, that episode felt like a bad joke the first time I saw it and it managed to get me angry, so I'd like to undo that experience. However, it also features Dash's first and only solo (EqG doesn't count), and even if I dislike the context the song itself is pretty awesome. Anyway, I wouldn't delete any episode if I don't have to because of that, but if I have to I'd delete 28 Pranks Later, that episode wasn't horrible but I don't think Dash deserves more bad episodes.

Rainbow Falls

It was an episode that I'm going to pretend that didn't exist, Twilight shouldn't have been cheering for them to begin with, she should've stuck with Canterlot and the fact that Rainbow did not get punished for her actions was another reason why I hated this episode.
