Usually it's just "what time is it" though I'm not sure if it really counts as a thought so much as a routine check. Lately it's been "How can I have this song stuck in my head first thing in the morning?", I didn't even particularly like the song or think it was catchy.

I don't usually have much in the way of thinking after I sleep. Sort of on auto-pilot at that point. I usually wake up to go to the bathroom. I almost always check the time subconsciously. If it's past 5 or so I stay up.
